Wow , my car has not shined like this since I drove it off the lot. Mike did an incredible job with the interior and exterior cleaning. Mike responded quickly when I first inquired about his detailing services and was able to accommodate me within a week's time due to my schedule. He had his work cut out for him as I use my car daily and transport my four dogs to our outings. He gave me a quick quote over text and then finalized it when he inspected the car, day of service. The service consisted of the special which is interior and exterior plus extras not included in the basic package, but I also added overspray removal. He is a detailer not a car washer, so understand his prices are not cheap but they are reasonable given the incredible service he provides. And you get what you pay for. Ok, so I bought this used Infiniti Q50. Good looking car but it had a lot of oxidation, some rock chips, some weird white stuff that wouldn't come out and some sap on the roof. After reading reviews and looking at the amazing pics that had already been posted on Yelp, I decided to reach out to Matt. He responded right away and I sent him some pics of the car and he let me know what he could do and what wasn't going to come out. He did say that the car would look better with a wax. So I scheduled some time, he came today. First, he was working on a job but called to tell me he was running behind which I appreciated. I was the lucky winner of a free exterior detail, and absolutely no corners were cut. He and his team performed the work as if I was paying top dollar. I added the 2-stage paint correction package for an extra cost and nearly all the light scratches and swirls in the clear coat were gone. These types of imperfections are easy to see on a black car and he left my paint looking like a mirror. Earlier this week I was horrified to discover rats had infiltrated the cabin of my car (I have an electric car and I knew they were under the hood chewing the wires, so I sprayed pepperment spray hoping they would leave...instead it probably caused them to find a way inside the car). I called around and couldn't find anyone nearby who would do an interior detail and also clean under the hood. A friend recommended Matt's Magic Detail, and so I texted him early afternoon to see if he was available. Matt responded immediately and within an hour he was on the way from Vallejo to Palo Alto to clean my car!! He and his partner arrived and started working in the late afternoon. When it got dark, Matt pulled out bright working lights from his van and kept on cleaning. They finished 2.5 hours later and the results were amazing. They cleaned every surface and crevice of the interior and exterior of the car, including under the hood, the floors, the mats, inside the glove compartment, the armrest storage, the trunk - everything. The looked sparkling brand new! And I LOVE how it smelled fresh and clean without an overpowering scent. I would recommend Matt's Magic Detail to anyone without hesitation. I just had my 2000 ford expedition detail inside and out. Matt and his team are professional and the rates are reasonable. I text him around 11 he said I could have a same day appt. He came around 6pm and finished inside and out throughly around 9pm. My truck has seen 14 years of Raider tailgating and has never been detailed so it tells you how much stuff was baked in the rugs and the seats. He got my trucking looking good.
