My mechanic suggested using them to polish my headlights for my 2010 Honda Accord. I had a headlamp replaced and the mechanic noticed they were pretty foggy. The outside will always look brand new with no swirls because they hand wash, no harsh brushes here, no, no, no. The prices are a bit higher here, for instance, to clean the inside and outside of a compact car is $49 BUT you get what you pay for. Your car comes out looking and smelling FRESH. Customer service is awesome! You can call in advance to see how long the wait will be or make an appointment with Suzi. She will book you right in! It's always so nice to talk to her or see her because she will make sure you're taken care of. *If you have to wait, rest assured there is a nice place to hang out inside where you can watch tv, close your eyes, or get some work done. Took car in to have carpets vacuumed and shampooed. We had to keep the windows down for two days as the carpets were soaking wet, finally had to use our wet vac. Also, we had to vacuum between console and seats to get what they didn't! Very disappointed in their work as they used to be much better. read more

Incompetent. I brought my car here this morning to buff out the residue on my head lights, and took my car home with a scratched bumper! I don't bring my car somewhere to look better but leave with it looking even worse!!! They obviously did not protect the surrounding painted surface, and accidently scratched the moulding edge of my front bumper. The young man tried to deny that it was pre-existing but I clean and wash my car down every 5 days, and there's no way that was there. The guy didn't even apologize!! I went home infuriated and now have a car that was worse off that when I dropped it off! I should have inquired about their process because they litterally tried to buff without protecting the surrounding surfaces first!!! What kind of place calls them professional and customized when you don't take proper protection for this type of job!!! In response to owners comment below: your son told me that when the foam polisher didn't work, he tried a second type of grinder which I believe is what damaged my car. To call me a liar, ask to speak to my husband or boyfriend that would better understand you is completely insulting. I know how to build homes, and work in construction and to demean my intelligence with your 40 years of experience isn't enough. This is about integrity which you obviously don't have. To call me bi-polar and crazy is atrocious and then to claim that your a Catholic makes no sense or relavancy to the damage you caused. This review is not to bad mouth this business, but I would like to express my frustration that continues to happen each time I've brought my truck here. I first started patronizing this family owned business a few years ago when I had a 2013 Dodge Ram. I'm starting to believe that Dodge Rams are to big for this establishment. Today I came in with my 2016 Dodge Ram and once again for $50 I'm having to go back over my truck and clean it. I have no problem with the price my truck was dirty,but I shouldn't have to go back and clean my side view mirrors,windshield,back window,rims, and wheel well. Some would say why keep going back well I thought this might have been and oversight by the employees,but even with new employees working I'm experiencing the same problem. Gave 2 stars because it is cleaner than when we dropped it off, but you can get the same wash/clean for $40 at Vallejo Car Wash. They didn't even pop the hood and clear the leaves or wipe down the engine cover like Dad's mobile detailing company does for the same price, and they come to you. In Town for a month and wanted bug removal from the long drive up. I was hesitant to trust a local place like this with this task, but wanted to avoid damaging my paint leaving the bugs. As a result, I received a bunch of heavy rub marks,swirling, and the bugs are still there. The wash mitts they use are dirty (they showed me), and someone wiped the bug marks with a dry rag, damaging the whole front bumper and hood with swirls and scratches. I ask for a refund, they didn't know how to with a credit card, had no cash in the register, then argued with me - telling me they didn't do anything. Ugh.... Found CSAD through Yelp since my usual place was booked. Emailed them Thursday after business hours about availability for the upcoming Saturday, fully not expecting a reply until Friday morning. Jon got back to me in less than 10 minutes and I was able to bring my car in Saturday morning like I had hoped. I underestimated how long it'd take me to get there and ended up being about 10 min late for my appointment. No issues in checking in and they were thankfully still able to do my detail. I hung out in their waiting room, paid, and was out the door about an hour later. I got home and took a look at my clean and shiny car. Everything was spotless-except half of my windshield. But it was my mistake for not taking a look at my car before leaving. In their defense, it's glass and I'm sure it's hard to tell from certain angles because of glares and whatnot. Regardless of the windshield, they still deserve 5 stars and they'll have my return business as well. Everyone was super nice and efficient and I love that I was able to make an appointment basically a day before. Oh, and the waiting room was clean and even had a tv. They also have a rewards program (I actually forgot what it is, but basically you check in on an iPad using your phone number and on your X detail, you get a discounted detail or something, I'm not entirely sure). read more

I ended up at this place as the Vallejo car wash line was extremely long and I don't like going there when they're busy as they tend to rush and do a very sloppy job I no longer go to 7 flags because their job their work has gone down the drain tremendously. I must say they did a really really good job when I called to make the appointment my ask the person who answered the phone about how long the service will take she told me about 45 minutes to hour which was pretty true I was sitting outside in the Sun she offered me a waiting room inside they had a TV but I wanted to get some sunlight so I enjoy sitting out. I usually call a day before to schedule an appointment because they are very busy. They offer hand washes and all the detailing services that you would need. They also do motorcycles and other vehicles as well. If you live near the area, they can give you a ride to where you need to be if it will take more than an hour. Started out a bit rough as all the bugs on the front of my car didnt come off with Clay bar detail. I was pretty upset. But they explained why and attempted to resolve. But it was getting dark so couldn't see much of inside. Next day taking photos I noticed much that I had expected to be cleaned had been missed. Called and complained. It was handled very well. They explained with the service I had paid for the extra vacuuming wasnt really included. Went above and beyond by having their retailers redo some interior cleaning. They even got dog hair that had been embedded in the headliner out! Wow! I will use them again because they really want satisfied customers. My satisfaction was clearly important. This interior detail shop was awesome with my car. Jon the owner gave me a complimentary engine washdown. It definitely needed it. The waiting area was nice and comfy with a TV. On to my car, the outside looks like a brand spankin new car minus all my dents and scratches. The inside looks nice and clean. The nooks and crannies were cleaned out pretty well. My car desperately needed an interior detail so next time I might invest in the shampoo of seats and carpets once I save again. They did a pretty decent job though. Brought two smallish cars down for hand wash, wax, and clay bar, $129.00 each. Besides good Yelp reviews, my wife's tennis friend recommended this shop. Unfortunately, I was disappointed that they had no record of the appointment I made nearly a week earlier with the owner, Jon. Thankfully, they took me anyway, and the cars were done mid-afternoon. The quality of the work was good, but I wouldn't say superb. To be completely fair, my two cars were very dirty and hadn't been washed for months. The interiors needed thorough cleaning too, but there were no stains or sticky stuff they needed to deal with, just thorough vacuuming and wiping. I also paid to have the plastic headlight lenses restored. I have to say the price for this work was very reasonable compared to what I've seen elsewhere. The lenses definitely looked a lot better, but not crystal clear. They recommend having this done annually. In the end, they did a good job on painted and plastic surfaces, despite traces of wax left behind in a few exterior concave areas of the body. (I didn't check under the hood or behind the gas filler door to see if the dirt was wiped from those painted areas as well, so I may be updating this review. Also along the painted skirting which faces the roadway. I always clean and wax these areas when I'm doing this work myself.) Amazingly, vacuuming could have been better in the hatchback areas of both cars. Plenty of debris caught in carpet folds. Not a big deal, but not hard to get this right. Probably the most difficult car cleaning job is glass. They did a good job, but I did expect better. Again, these were small cars, not Chevy Suburbans. I believe that $129.00 is a good annual investment to make in a car to keep the paint from failing and allow a busy person, such as myself, to get on with his life while the work was being done. To do these two cars myself would probably take me 12 to 16 hours of effort. (OK, I'm thorough!) My wife took her car down for a $21.00 hand wash a day later. It was not very dirty, but it did have a lot of bugs on the grill. She was very happy with the result and the short wait; she will likely start using this shop from now on. I like to support hometown businesses and I wish I could give this place five stars. I will be back to give them another chance in the future. read more

This place does an outstanding job! A cat in my neighborhood jumped onto the hood of my car and put scratches and pawprints -into- the oxidized part of my black paint job. They would not wash off. CS not only removed the scratches and pawprints, but they even cleaned out old, even worse scratches. The car has a great shine to it, and they cleaned the haze out of my headlights for no additional charge. I highly recommend the exterior auto detail. They also offer hand washes where they will gladly touch up the wax for you. Not to mention, they have a nice waiting room where the employees come in to check on you regularly and make you comfortable. I met both John and Suzi, the owners, who were extremely nice without being phony or cloyingly polite. They gave me advice on how to keep the finish nice and how to keep those cats off my car! You can really tell the employees take pride in their work. I met the guy who did my car, and he spot polished it in front of me when some tree sap fell on it in the lot. AMAZING SERVICE. My car was filthy disgusting...I just finished my nanny job so I always had kids in my car and I just did a long road trip from Southern California. So I was skeptical on how clean my car was actually going to get. Let me tell you these guys did a GREAT job. I waited in the lovely waiting room with a couple of others and watched cable TV. Everyone was very friendly from the owner to the people cleaning my car. All the stains at the upholstery were gone, every nook & cranny of the interior were very clean and shiny. the exterior was immaculate, looked brand new. I also brought my 2005 Honda Pilot for a mini-detail ($29), The interior & exterior were very clean and shiny. The mini detail took approximately 45 minutes to finish my car. This family owned business was awesome. I've been here once before and great customer service. Very friendly and helpful. When you have a toddler and a newborn in tow, that's super important. Clean and cozy waiting room. They're very friendly. I met Jon, his wife, his son, and I believe that was his daughter, all individually spoke with me and asked me if I was satisfied with the care the car was given. Will definitely be coming back. In October 2008, I was given a 2005 Honda Accord from my Dad before he passed away. You may not have any idea what my post is referring to, because you were not present. Also, I am not lying, I was asked for my credit card ahead of time. Apparently the older Caucasian woman upfront has her own policy of how the car wash should be ran. So you may want to consult with her. Further, when I mentioned I thought the price was steep, her reply was, "You'd pay $60 anywhere else." I'm not sure how that was supposed to influence me that $75 was a good deal, but she put down her pen down and began attending to other things, giving me the assumption she was no longer interested in my business. The mini detail (which was $39 as of October 2018) represents an outstanding value for a car wash + cleaning inside the vehicle. I made a reservation and got my car back a bit more than hour later (slightly longer than promised). The vehicle is extremely clean and shiny, including the wheels. For $39, I did not expect perfection (a couple small, minor streaks on the left mirror and on the back window, nothing I can't buff out quickly with a towel). I will go back!
