There isn't isle space for a stroller or restrooms so just a heads up on those things. They are open to the public but I believe prices are higher. If you're a wholesaler, I think you have to purchase $50+ in order to use the wholesale discount (that's what I remember anyway). There are CLOTHES everywhere. Literally lol. They are all separately bagged in plastic and you aren't allowed to open the bags. They have examples of what's in the bags hanging from the ceiling. If you don't see something, just ask. They are usually super helpful and will point to what you're looking for, or they'll open the bag for you to see. The staff is helpful, but they're also running around grabbing items because of online orders, so they aren't able to have "small talk", but they are helpful if you need them. Go in with a plan (if you can), otherwise it's a little overwhelming. Either way, if you're looking for items to stock a kids clothing boutique and don't know where to start, come here first!

The only "resolution" offered was for me to return the item for a refund -- meaning Zara's error cost my niece her birthday gift, and I am left scrambling to replace something that cannot be repurchased. I contacted customer service twice -- once via chat and once by phone. Both representatives repeated the same scripted response: return it. The phone representative was dismissive, audibly annoyed, and spoke to me in a condescending tone, as though expecting basic quality control was unreasonable. They did send me a receipt with the cardigan, which I kept, but sent me a receipt from another customer with their master card number. How irresponsible! I asked the manager if I could just get a store credit ..her reply was No without a receipt. She told me I could get something for $13, nothing in that store was $13 at that time. No one greeted us, and when we approached the register to check out, the cashier had her back turned to us while we stood at the counter. We waited several minutes before being acknowledged. When she finally turned around, the interaction was not very pleasant. Customer service plays a big role in the shopping experience, and this visit fell short in that area.
