Good prices! Came through when they had their dollar days on clearance items. Got plenty of clothes for a cheap price. I haven't seen any deals like this at my local once upon a child tbh. Only downsides I'd say was that their toy section was disorderly and on the smaller side and getting into the parking lot from the busy road was inconvenient (had to u-turn). One worker seemed a bit crabby but the rest I interacted with were very friendly. They also sell unused packaged diapers here lol which I needed, otherwise I would've had to drag all the kids into Walmart. read more

I come to Once Upon a Child to sell children's items for some extra money. The staff is friendly and helpful, and if you're looking for nice clothing for a great price this would be the place to go. They also sell toys, mattresses, outdoor stuff like bike & tricycles. The only downside for me as a seller is that they don't pay you a ton for the clothes you bring in. I wish they paid even a tiny bit more. For toys and other items they pay you better, however. I recommend Once Upon a Child to people looking for a great deal on clothing & other items, as well as if you've got clothing or items you don't need anymore. read more

There's a lot. I was looking for baby pajamas but they're organized by color and not size? How does that make sense? There's a lot but it seems to be mostly big kid clothes. Also they didn't have change in their drawer and the workers couldn't get any so I didn't get all of my change. read more

Tried bringing in some clothes to sell as they didn't fit my son anymore only to find out they werent buying clothes that since they were closing early. I called the next time to see if they were buying to be told very rudely on the phone ONLY 1 bin, when I got there to sell my clothes there people that had brought more than one bin. Employees were complaining about working and were very rude towards the customers. This will be my first and last time selling. read more

So much stuffed packed into a small store. You really need to be a good shopping mood because you will have to hunt around a bit for what you are looking for. Prices are fair for second hand items and the store is at least organized. Good quality things if you dig enough. read more

I am sincerely disappointed in Once Upon a Child in Green Bay! We packed our van yesterday & went to sell some of our daughters old stuff. They had a wagon there that we were interested in & figured we would use whatever we got for our daughter's stuff to help pay for it. We were stopped before we even got into the store and told that because of the grab bag sale, they could not help us, but we could come back today. We asked how late we could come back and specifically said my wife worked until 3. The girl said we had until 5. We returned today around 4:30 and were told by the girl behind the counter that they don't buy after 3. We told her we were told yesterday we had until 5. Her response was "That must have been one of our part timers". No tone of being concerned for customer satisfaction or even a little apologetic. I am shocked that rather than taking any sort of responsibility on the store's part, she chose to blame another associate who was not around. When asking questions about how I talk to the owner, she refused to give straight answers and instead I had to ask a long series of questions to even find out that some day, some time in the future, the owner will be in the store, but I still don't have any idea of when. The girl also stated that the 3 o'clock limit was posted on the door. We looked on the way out and saw nothing. Needless to say, we will not go back. To be honest, I understand the policy, but am disappointed that we were made to feel like we did something wrong and then the girl decided to pass blame onto someone who was not there rather than accepted some responsibility on the company itself. read more

Very disappointed with this location. I live out of state, but I'm from Green Bay, so when I came back home to visit family, I thought I would check out the deals. I ended up spending over $80 on multiple items, but when my son put on one of the shirts a few days later, I noticed a hole in the back. Unfortunately I live 5 hours away, so driving back was not an option. I took a picture of my receipt, license, and shirt to see if I could get either store credit or have my mom pick something else out, and the manager said no, that's not their policy. I would have to ship the shirt back with everything I mentioned in seven days of the receipt or I'm stuck with it. Needless to say, the shirt only cost $4.50, so shipping it back was definitely not worth the time or money, but clearly they must think losing me as a customer and giving me this bad experience is worth their time and money. I will not let my mom buy anything for my four kids from them anymore. Less is best. Get quality vs quantity. What a joke. read more

I dropped off some of my kids clothes there to trade in. I Left and came back a few hrs later. When I got there they offered me $37.35 cash or %20 more of the cash price for store credit, I said I'll take store credit. They then handed me a recite slip for $39.00 store credit. Not even close to %20. I said something and another girl came over to fix the problem. She then hands me a new slip for $42.00. While these employees use a calculator to right my store credit, I already know that %20 of 37.35 is $7.47. After the second worker wrote me the slip for $42 I start to get mad. Now the manager comes to the rescue. NOT. She stood there typing in the calculator for 2-3 minutes. No joke. Like she was waiting for me to say o just forget about it. My store credit should be $44.82. No calculator, pen or paper needed, Simple math. I know it's not a bunch of money but why are they so far off, how many times has this happened to other people, and why did they look at me like I was In the wrong. So what I'm trying to say is pay attention to what there giving you on you store credit. Percentage is not hard to figure out. Move the decimal point once to the left gives you %10. %10 of 30.00 is 3.00. And they needed 3 employees a calculator, 5 minutes and still got it wrong. What a joke.
