Lots of clothes, but I was surprised that they don't hardly have any toys! The toys they have are tucked away where you can't see them.

Wow!!! This was my first time in this place and I was completely unsure about what kind of quality items they carried. I am a first time mom looking for quality with a frugal cost mindset. My initial reaction was whoa they have a TON of stuff. I was greeted immediately and felt very welcome. I started my shopping and found many organic items for 1.50 and many brand new looking items for 1.50-2.50 some clearance items. I also found several full 2-3 piece outfits for 5.50 and under. I will say some of these pieces can range from 5.50-12.00 depending on brands. Please throughly check through each piece as I found several pieces stained, but you have to look hard. I was also able to find BPA free wooden teething rings, boppy covers and super cute headbands. One employee that stood out to me was Johnathon. He was busy greeting customers, organizing and just had a great overall attitude. The whole staff was friendly. I highly recommend going and checking this place out. Wish I could put 0 stars... came in to sell clothes and the lady with long black hair was so rude. Will NOT be coming back. That was the most ridiculous service I've ever experienced. Love this place! I Always find something there I need. It's very organized and easy to find the sizes you need.

Bring in clothes, it'll be an hour. 4 hours later, they say I'm next and it'll be 15 minutes. 30 minutes later, go in and ask and they say I'm next and it'll be 15 minutes. 20 minutes later, it's finally done. All the girls just in there talking and doing nothing. Place is a mess, clothes are trash, don't take our nice stuff, and I would buy nice items like the ones I brought in, but I'm sure the girls are too busy talking to see nice clothes they should buy. read more

I'm giving one star to be generous this was my second time going there I went there a few months ago before I had my son and bought clothes from them. I went today to trade in the clothes he grew out of the lady who was going through my clothes said it would take a hour for them to go through them so I stayed in the store I arrived them at almost 11 Am I didn't leave til 2 pm because they were taking forever I went to the register to ask if they were done with my stuff they said it would be another 30 mins went back up and my clothes were done just sitting on the shelf and I didn't know until I asked because they were supposed to text me when they were finished. My second complaint would be that they said they don't take the name brand gerber but as I was shopping I seen a lot of Gerber's clothes of the racks. Make it make sense. Definitely will not be going there again. read more

The most amazing place to shop for second hand clothing and toys! They have the best brands at the most amazing prices.

Every time I try and sell things here, I bring in cute current clothes and they tell me they have spots and don't purchase them from me. I make sure everything is washed and doesn't have stains on them before bringing them in too. I'm hoping the store owner sees this and goes in and trains their employees better because I've been in the store and seen a lot of yucky stained old clothing. Just an odd situation. They have had some good stuff but most of it is from carters and is over priced. I can go to carters and get cheaper items with coupons and sales. I've shopped here many times and while it's been a decent place to come for some deals for kids clothes, it just isn't too great overall. Too bad too because I have a two kiddos who go through clothes quickly. read more

This is my LAST time selling to this place. They advertise that you'll get paid when you sell to them but that's a lie. In fact they get paid. I'm aware that you are not going to make any where close to what you paid for the clothes but they bought 25 items from me and I was paid $22 and some change. I can see if I was selling clothes from my older child but I was selling clothes from a 6 month old. They were worn twice at most. Not a single stain and were freshly laundered. When I questioned the associate she replied that the clothes were worn and stained. I asked to see a receipt so I could see what they paid for each article of clothing. And of course it shows just what was purchased from you. The associate then says "Im so sorry about that". Which lets me further know that they are aware that they are being dishonest. On top of that lie they rummage thru the clothes like they're at a garage sell and break apart the outfits that go together and your left with just odds and ends. You are much better off maybe exchanging between friends or donating to a pregnancy center than selling to Once Upon A Child. read more
