I went for a job interview here and the employees were nice at first and the hiring manager was really nice as well when we was talking through the interview. When we was finished she told me that she will get back to me in 1 to 2 days. I waited for 3 days and I called the store to ask if I got the job or not and someone answered "Yeah... we decided to go for someone else." I was like okay. Thanks for telling me and I was going to wish her a good day but she hung up on me. I'm a person of color and the people in the store was mostly white. beyond rude...for a business that relies on the customer for their products, they couldn't impose more of an inconvenience on the customer. Sign in options allow for return to store when u receive the text, yet the 'ask' that you stay in store or car. There is no need to occupy someone's time when clearly you are in no hurry for service. Wait in long line by a bathroom that contributes to the smell of the store. I would have been back within the hour it took to review one basket, and when I left and returned hours before the store closed, the manager couldn't wait to rush over to me to reprimand me for leaving saying I made other customers wait. The workers just come off as unhappy and rude. The manager seemed to correct the employees in front of customers and they honestly come off as hating their job. As for selling to them- they dont take much. If differs each time your in. They dont know brands and took 10% each time I go in. Your better off selling at a consignment shop or online. If they had better attitudes I'd think about shopping there. read more

I'm giving UPAC 3 stars because their prices are good and they have a decent selection. They also have the occasional sale that make it even better. BUT forget trying to get anywhere with a stroller, It's impossible. It's so tight in the Robinson location that I have stopped going because i can't move around when I have my kids with me. read more

Disappointing!!! They give the minimal for clothes, for some people. I was told to have my items folded and in a tote, but another woman came in with two nasty looking white garbage bags, and guess what, they took them with no questions asked. I was offered $12 for 10 Ralph Lauren button down shirts. The others woman with the nasty looking bags was offered $30 for her balled up items. I guess it depends on what you look like at this location. I took most of my items home and put them on OfferUp. I'll take my chance with that site before I come back here. A big wast of my time, gas and energy. read more

Overheard them talking about how mad a customer was going to be over them not being able to purchase something. Said it loud enough for other people to hear, so lacking in professionalism. They are very picky over staining on baby swings and seats even though half of the clothes are stained, pilling and fraying. read more

Every time I go here I watch them treat me different as a minority. I take shoes and clothes barely worn and may I add all my of my garments are freshly washed and spot free. I won't return,! I found a better branch with a better attitude toward life. read more

I find this store to be extremely frustrating. I find nice things there for my kids and I like that they have a decent selection, but the regular employees there are often rude especially when trying to sell to them. It's totally hit or miss with how picky they are feeling that day. I can bring stuff one day and they give some reason why they don't want to buy it and turn around and take the same thing back on a different day and they take it. The store was nicely organized, but not very clean and I don't think the store had ever been moped or swept. The workers were not very helpful. I had asked if they had any teal tutu's, because I didn't see any in the little tutu section they had, she quickly said "I don't know" & didn't seem to want to ask anyone. I also asked her if the shirt they had on display was the only shirt and what size it was. She quickly said again "I don't know and I can't look". The store was not busy & her manager stepped in and told me if I wanted the shirt I could have it and quickly told the girl that displays could be sold to customers. The girl then asked if I knew they bought clothing, I said no, since it was the first time I was there. She said yea we buy gently used items, but when I had questions she couldn't answer them and then said look at the pamphlet and then forgot to give me one. Not a place I would really go, they do have a nice selection of clothing & a lot of clothing that still have the tags on them. But my experience with the staff was not very great. read more

1. Smelly store, 2. Rude staff, and 3. Not very knowledgeable - refused some clothes that were expensive European brands in good condition, probably because they just didn't recognize the name or like the style. Definitely agree with other reviewers that they play favorites or maybe only buy from their own family and friends. By all means, if you have a bunch of old Steelers jerseys you want to get rid of and have an hour to kill to get $2.11, then go for it. read more

Cam back in to the girl rudely saying all clothes had to be laundered I stated they were she said there are black marks all over them and dirt. I looked down and dug through NAUTICA dresses MICHEAL KORS never worn winter jacket etc etc said where is there anything on any of these . I was a worker that was new hired here. The performance on the job was horrible. The manager doesn't train you properly. They have the co workers do the job for them. There very disrespectful coworkers when manager not there. They do there own thing. Treat customers like there nothing when selling. Dress unprofessional, wear no shoes while working. Dont clean the bathrooms properly and gossip on the job while customers in the store. Highly unprofessional while working in Robinson area. Alot of people came to me how they our rude and need proper management. I quit this job and went somewhere else due to how they run things. The manager nor the coworker wear nane tags our follow any guidelines. This place is horrible. Dont sell your clothes here. read more

This location is my least favorite. The staff are rude and unprofessional. From the second I walked in they were acting like I was an inconvenience to them. I have sold clothes to this location twice, the first two times they bought about 60-75% of items, but the most recent time they only bought 4 things, and basically said that my items were awful and I shouldn't have even brought them in (stained, pet dander, pilling etc- which is not true.. I donate all very used clothing and don't even try to sell them) I won't be returning to this location. North hills and monroeville are much better. I think the owners should take more pride in their business and hire better employees read more

The prices are really high for consigned clothes. You can find prices as good or better at name brand stores on sale. However, when they do have sales the prices are really good. I have heard from several people that they are extremely picky about what they take, but I've never tried to sell clothes there myself. read more

Rude rude rude!!!! I went in just to see what they offered as I'm expecting and the two women behind the counter were just snippy with every person that walked through the door it felt like. The "furniture" they had on display was dirty, not stained. We found a Baby Bjorn Breathable 3D mesh carrier for an unbelievable $18, and asked the woman to hold it while we continued to look around the store; she said sure and threw it on the ground next to one of the registers. What?!?!?!? We went up to pay for the item, picked it up off the floor, and stood in front of the counter where she was sorting items and said to no one in particular that we would use the other register. Again... excuse me? I am not a mind reader and how were we to know, let alone know she was even speaking to us. As she was ringing us up she commented to her co-worker on how our item was incorrectly priced and she couldn't believe that someone would do that. While her rant was going on a woman came in with 3 bags of clothing to sell and was told that since it was 2:15 they weren't going to take any items to look at because they close the buying at 3pm. The woman asked if there was any chance since she had come from West Moreland Co. and had not known. The woman behind the counter asked the woman ringing us out and she loudly sighed and said just this once. The lady said thank you and then was told how she can't have anything in bags and that all items need to be in a cart or plastic tote but again since she didn't know they would look at it just this once. For a company that is strictly there to sell other people's items, you would expect them to be a little kinder to there clients. I will not be visiting that store again... very disappointed in the general attitude of the women running the place toward the customers. read more

Horrible customer service. Refused to buy clothes due to an odor that only they could smell. The employee was extremely rude. They offered $2.60 for several pairs of shoes. We've purchased here before but will not be stepping foot inside the store for any reason. read more
