The lady who took the items I was selling was very unfriendly. Will not be coming back to this location!

I will preface that my niece and I stopped in the day after July 4th, so they may have had a better selection prior to the holiday and just may have been hit and not yet replenished. The selection was just, um, seriously lacking; both in their clothes and home goods. I remember Burlington being a slight step above, say, TJ Maxx and Marshall's, but this trip was opposite. My niece didn't find anything on her wish list for college. I'm thinking I'd probably have to become a regular weekly bargain-hunting customer, especially frequenting the store on truck days.

Had I been asked I probably wouldn't have minded. When I asked her why she was calling people a head of me, She stated, "she needs to get her line down". After waiting in line for 15 minutes and to be what I thought was next in line. Just to be completely disrespected. I just walked out, leaving my $300 cart sitting there. Not only did this business lose money but now you have to put it all away. I get what she thought she was doing, but she obviously is not well versed in business. I do most of my shopping online and today was just a reminder to keep it that way. People suck!

None of it made sense there were shoes scattered everywhere carts everywhere staff looks as if someone drugged them to Work after a night on the town. It's pretty pathetic actually I don't understand what's going on at the store, but I've never really had a good experience overpriced? A pair of men's shorts $25? I thought this was supposed to be a store where you could get bargains, apparently not and to top it all off when I got out to my car, the perfume that I had bought and had the pump part to spray was removed so I had to go back into the store and get a new one then I had to wait at the register for the guy who was in the back putting things away for about 15 minutes truly ridiculous. I don't think I'll shop here. I think I'll go to the New Albany location from now on.. if you're the manager of this target, please take notice you have a lot of problems that need to be worked out and I hope you get them changed before you lose a lot of your customer base .

Today we needed another baby gate. We like the one we have, and I'd seen the same one here, so I zipped in. Got it, at a good price. The place is clean and laid out efficiently. Checked out quickly, service was friendly, and was on my way. A happy customer.

Although this perfume smells amazing if you have to go back in the store to get the pump to spray it, that's not good

It's a nice business if you can store the overhead and the product moves. This store boasts a clean environment with a homey atmosphere. One fellow walked the building just cleaning windows and bathrooms. There's a big yelpstar. Not overly friendly here and they don't really know where to find anything. No matter. One of the attractions of thrift shopping is the hunt. Bad news last. It's pricier than it should be and many of the (gently used) donated items can be purchased cheaper-brand new at the local box stores. Yes, it's for charity, however, you're better off making a charitable contribution to the organization then buying items New, down the road. 06/24

I can't remember what used to be at that same location years before, when the mall was open. Maybe another thrift store? The store itself is very bright and fairly large. It's like other Ohio Thrifts, so it has some closeout (expired?) food and some health and beauty items. The prices are high, and some items are well picked-over. But, you can find some deals on occasion. They have 3 discount colors each week and a rewards program to earn coupons. More close outs are in the clothing area (Kohls brands, etc) and lately, a lot of linen items such as sheets, duvets, towels, etc. This is also a good place to buy cards, party supplies and decorations. The checkout counter looked like it was being re-done and there were a few specialty items off to the side. Overall, a decent store and I'd visit again.
