We frequent OUAC in Reynoldsburg often. The store itself is quite cluttered, but they do a pretty good job with organization by size and season. I don't think we've ever left the store empty-handed. If you're in the market for a baby or toddler's toy, definitely check here before paying retail. They have multiples of nearly every toy we've ever owned. read more

I came here in search of shoes for my child. It's a nice, neat and well organized store, but the selection is not as good as the one in Gahanna. It's simply smaller. That being said, I found a pair of stride rite shoes for six dollars for my boy, so... SUCCESS! read more

I went in with a bin of clothes. I was met by a polite associate that informed me that I could wait it'd only take 15 minutes. My girls and I browsed around while we waited. They were done in a timely fashion as disclosed. They bought all but a couple of items. I'm not really sure how they figured out compensation for the items that they kept but I end up donating the leftover items so it was a win win situation. I'd recommend waiting until you have at least a bin, make sure all of your items are clean, folded, in good condition and grouped together if you have outfits. read more

I do not by any means recommend bringing baby clothes in here unless you plan on just donating them. After bringing in a wide selection of baby winter clothes (in pristine condition I may add!) they offered me insultingly enough 19 dollars . Seriously 19 dollars. There were freaking 8 winter coat sacks in there! The ones that have the slit in them for the car seat buckle to go through? You know the ones that cost like 60 bucks new? And yet they wanted to offer 19 dollars for two bags packed full of clothes that were completely without flaw. It's insulting, it's a rip off, and not only would I NOT recommend this shop to a friend but I may strongly advise against going there all together. Very disappointing! read more

Last Saturday (12/29/2018) I went into Store #14 in Reynoldsburg Ohio and dropped off 3 items. One fairly large childs toy, another childs toy a bit smaller and a booster seat. The girl at the counter checked me in and advised me that I'd receive a text that evening with the amount they can offer for my items. I never received any texts that evening. So I decided to wait a few days considering the store was very busy from the holiday. I called the store today, 1/4/2019, advised that I never received a text about my items...the girl that answered the phone, Amanda, apologized saying that sometimes since the text is an automated function it doesn't work, but that everything is ready for me at the store and I just need to bring my ID. I asked her how much I was being paid, and she said she couldn't discuss that over the phone, so I drove to the store. When I got there the girl at the counter checked my ID and said "we weren't able to accept any of your items because they weren't the right size."...that puzzled me because I didn't bring any clothes...and I told her that. She walked me over to the other ladies and explained everything to them....they asked when I came in and they immediately responded with "oh your stuff is gone, it's not here anymore". What do you mean it's gone? The paper you signed gives us authority that if you don't pick your items up or come in after 24 hours from the text then we get rid of it. I advised them that I never received a text....but their attitude of not caring was blatantly obvious....they responded "all we do is click a button so if you didn't get a text, I'm sorry....we just don't have room here for all that stuff". I responded "so basically I'm out of my stuff and there is nothing you can do for me...because I didn't get a text like I was told I was going to, so you got rid of what I brought in?" "Sorry"...was the response. I'm beyond angry at the lack of concern for the fact that I brought items in, was never contacted, and the blame was put on me for a store's faulty "automatic texting" system. Could someone not even pick up a phone when I didn't respond to make sure I received the text? I would expect much better from any establishment that wants any sort of my business in the future. read more

The lady who took the items I was selling was very unfriendly. Will not be coming back to this location!

My husband and myself went here with four bags of clothes that our infant daughter could not fit and never wore, with tags still on the clothes, and some clothes she outgrew but was gently used. Now I was not expecting a lot of $$ but the estimate we got just was not enough for practically brand new clothes (many of the clothes was brand new and never wore)...so my husband called me and we decided to just get our daughter's clothes back. When I got home from work, something told me to check the bag but with me being a new mom, I didn't get around to it until weeks later. Come to find out...they kept a very big portion of the clothes...and yes I'm upset that they kept the clothes because I was not given any money for the clothes they kept, therefore in my eyes...THEY STOLED FROM ME. I understand that I was going to sell them to the store but the key word in that sentence is SELL...I was not given anything for the clothes they kept...so they are thieves. If I could, I would give them zero stars....I will never patronize this store again! read more

Item lost then DONATED I have been shopping there through all my pregnancies. I have 5 children. This particular occasion I brought in bins and an **old wooden doll highchair. There is an assistant manager I have never seen before. I got an eye roll from her because I asked to combine 3 bins into 2, which is their new maximum. They were just topped off, No biggie. I shrugged it off. Very nice. I see they are going upscale. BUT when I checked out and decided not to take what they were offering (again, no biggie) I collected my bins and loaded the kids. I get down the road....WOODEN DOLL HIGHCHAIR! I called them and they put me on hold to FIND it. The girl on the phone said 'Oh, we purchased that from you'. 'NO NO NO, you DIDN'T, I say. Once it was LOCATED, they agreed to hold it for me until I could come get it. A few days and my 5 children later I called to follow up. Getting out is not easy for me. I was told 'Oh, we DONATED that'. Oh, I was so angry. When I confronted the assistant manager about it (the eye roll lady) she HUNG UP ON ME! So I called back. Seems we were disconnected. Where is my stuff? You said you would hold it! Where is it? How are you going to fix this? The assistant manager kept setting the handset down on the counter! I even heard her say to a fellow employee 'she is still going off' What kind of customer service is this? It couldn't even be addressed. No responsibility was taken for my item being separated from my bins and left behind. No accountability. No offer to fix anything. The store policy, which I signed was brought to my attention. you have 24 hours to get your items. BUT MY ITEM WAS SEPARATED and they had to LOCATE IT. THEIR mistake. NOT mine. THEY STOLE FROM ME. 0 stars if I could. I have black listed them for bad business. I am contacting the general manager in the morning. Seriously, I hope they close down read more

I dropped off a huge bin of clothes and two toy trucks from the movie "Cars". They asked me to return in 45 minutes and they would tell me what they will buy then. I returned an hour and a half later and they still didn't start going through it. The lady at the counter started going through it when I asked her if she could now. I waited in the store by browsing and 10 minute later they only wanted 6 items. I agreed and before I left the store I noticed the two truck toys were missing. When I asked them about it they looked in the store and found one of the two trucks. I asked them where was the second truck that they refused to buy and they said I needed to leave since they were closing in 8 minutes and they would have Sharrol, the manager, call me tomorrow to discuss the missing truck. When I returned home, my girlfriend noticed quite a few clothing items missing that was not on the itemized bought receipt. I mentioned that I did notice those missing clothes sitting on their back table, but since I was distracting with the missing trucks, I didn't request for the rest of the refused clothes that was on their back table. That part was my fault for not asking for them back, but it is not my fault that one of the toy trucks was missing. UPDATE: Sharrol called me back today and has resolved the issue with the toy truck. I appreciate that and will update my rating from a 1 star to a 3 star. read more
