I gave it a shot today target! You have no clothes and the ones you do have are on the wrong hangers meaning extra small hanger extra large shirt extra small bottoms extra large bottoms. None of it made sense there were shoes scattered everywhere carts everywhere staff looks as if someone drugged them to Work after a night on the town. It's pretty pathetic actually I don't understand what's going on at the store, but I've never really had a good experience overpriced? A pair of men's shorts $25? I thought this was supposed to be a store where you could get bargains, apparently not and to top it all off when I got out to my car, the perfume that I had bought and had the pump part to spray was removed so I had to go back into the store and get a new one then I had to wait at the register for the guy who was in the back putting things away for about 15 minutes truly ridiculous. I don't think I'll shop here. I think I'll go to the New Albany location from now on.. if you're the manager of this target, please take notice you have a lot of problems that need to be worked out and I hope you get them changed before you lose a lot of your customer base . read more

A pretty standard Target. It has taken awhile, but I've become a fan. Not as big a selection as other places, and sometimes more expensive, but if you shop carefully there are good finds, plus they have things other places don't sometimes. Today we needed another baby gate. We like the one we have, and I'd seen the same one here, so I zipped in. Got it, at a good price. The place is clean and laid out efficiently. I am not really a Target girl although a good friend of mine went through severe withdrawal during the heights of Covid. This was the first place she went to when she timidly ventured out. Me, I dont really find the deals I am looking for. And when I search for items online that are available in store, the prices more often than not are different. In my experience the online prices are cheaper. Pick up in most stores is free. Shipping can be free to the store or your home. And make sure when you check out, you are in the store you want. That being said, Target bears a look at when you might otherwise order from Anazon. I recently ordered 2 Tiles to track luggage and shopping at Target saved me $10.They also shipped free with a decent tracking system. Over the years I have saved money. Certainly check them out of soecial sale days like Black Friday or Prime Day. Otherwise it is a 3 star store with a bump up to 4 because sometimes they significantly beat Amazon and the dreaded Walmart. read more

I visit this target every once in a while. Yeah, the stock is sometimes low on certain items but the store is easy to navigate, employees are decently friendly and the prices aren't too shabby. I am usually able to get in and out of here pretty quickly and haven't had any issues in the last 3 years shopping here. read more

This Target consistently falls short of the expectations I have for the Target brand. It's kind of disorganized and dirty, especially the baby/toddler section. Every time I go in, it looks like the baby/toddler section was ransacked for a Black Friday sale or something. This Target is unfortunately the closest to my house, but when I have extra time I visit the one off route 256 instead. Much better experience there. Pros of this one is that the parking is good and there's a Starbucks in it, so there's that. read more

Don't shop at Target very often, but a friend got a cooler from here that I really liked so off I went to the Big Red Bulls Eye store that has corporate hate for anything employee-union related. The parking lot was large and they had two people bringing in carts. I was able to get directions to the department I needed from an employee standing near the main entrance. Walking to get my cooler the store appeared clean and organized. I was able to find what I needed on my own. Checkout was pretty fast as there was one person ahead of me in line and they had three lanes open. My cashier was friendly and asked if I found everything ok. Although I didn't see any employees working in any department, the front of the store employees were able to make this trip a good experience. read more

I stop by this Target a lot since it's right down the street from work. I'm always surprised at how clean and orderly this location is! The aisles are clear and shelves are organized and taken care of. I visited the fitting room last night and was surprised to find an associate cleaning (not taking out unwanted merchandise - actually cleaning!). I like coming here a lot more than the Lennox location near my apartment, as it gets kind of crazy with having so much traffic due to campus and surrounding neighborhoods. This is definitely a solid target. Not the absolute best target but they've usually got what you need. Their replenishment isn't the best, they're often out of sizes, and the dollar spot is usually a little low on inventory. The customer service desk here is often slow as well. African american female. White coat. In toys. Does she have anything on her? No. I'll keep an eye on her. This is what I--an african american woman (female is an adjective, not a noun), who is wearing a white coat, and was standing in front of the stuffed animals--just overheard while shopping in Target. I had $100+ in merchandise, was still shopping for a stuffed animal, interactive toy and book for my nephew, as well as flip flops, a Brita container and toothbrush for myself. I approached the store associate who inadvertently had his Walkie-talkie on the wrong channel(the LP guy confirmed this by telling him to switch channels), asked if I could speak with the LP personnel who just made the statements about me, and if he could explain why he was keeping an eye on me. He refused to come out, and also denied the statements. I'm neither Deaf nor hard of hearing. It's impossible for me to mishear six independent statements spaced out over a minute while in direct earshot of the device. If you watch the video you would probably see me dramatically react after "white coat." I asked a second store associate to call the store manager. He initially said he was busy, but I insisted. When he arrived to the children's department, I explained what happened. He immediately stated "those kinds of conversations don't happen over Walkie-talkie." He then apologized, but the former statement nullified any sort of sincerity in the latter. The days of the customer always being right are gone. This encounter is problematic on so many levels. With the climate of retail, Target cannot afford to lose loyal customers. I spend hundreds of dollars with them every month. In the last week I've spent no less than $350--all of which will be returned tomorrow morning--and could have easily spent another $150 today. I'm not sure why I was being watched and talked about by Target's LP, but since the coward wouldn't admit to his statement I can make an informed conclusion. I'm sure the Walkie-talkie bit was a mistake and I definitely doubt it was meant for me to hear the discussion, but this airs out the true culture of Target. It would have been best to tell the truth and apologize. I am debating on how far I want to take this, but for now here is my review. read more

I rarely go to Target anymore, and I live right behind this one. I needed a pair of khaki pants. I am a man, and the changing room are for everyone. The walls go to the floor, and they are probably over 12 feet. There were a group of young girls laughing and talking loudly. Whatever happened to men's and women's changing rooms? Target is my all time favorite. My go to for everything!! This Target is not the target I typically shop with but was the only one that had some Christmas gifts I needed. I ordered them for curbside pick up. When I got there the k cup holder I ordered was not brought out. They said it wasn't on the order. I checked my bank statement and I wasn't charged for it so I went inside to buy it and they said they wouldn't honor their online price unless I bought it online and waited for it out in my car? It said it could be 4 hours before the item was picked. So I would have had to possibly wait 4 hours for a k cup holder because they wouldn't sell it to me inside for the same price. Will be rethinking where I do my shopping. read more

Went to this store on 6/27 to purchase a backpack water cooler for a kayaking trip. My girlfriend and I were walking through the store like normal, and grabbing the things we needed. When we got to the checkout, as we were checking out we were approached by a employee who wanted to check my bag after I scanned it. I offered no resistance considering I did nothing wrong. Of course there was nothing in my bag. They offered no explanation as to why I was randomly selected to have my bag searched. Another weird thing was is that the loss prevention officer was right there and they didn't conduct the search. I assume it's cause I'm black and my girlfriend is Hispanic and the two employees were a white male and a white female. I've never had any issues at this store before, and I shop here a few times a month. read more

I don't think there's much I can say except for that I love target. I'll miss this one especially when I move. It's a smaller location than most, but because of that it's not just picked over, and they have better control of staffing and lines. I wasn't sold on the groceries at first, but have begun to love the idea of being able to stop and grab clothes, and milk. It is truly a one shop stop for everything and will always keep me out of Walmart. I know it's the number two retailer in the world, but I don't even see how they compare. read more

I came, I saw, I bought a case for my contact lenses and some allergy medicine. Neat, clean, and the cashier at the register was very friendly. I didn't find any new toys or action figures I was looking for, but at least they seem to actually stock their shelves unlike many Wal-Mart stores. It was about 10 minutes before the place closed so I didn't have much time to browse, but it was a clean, efficient experience. read more

The staff is willing to help (if you can find them) but they don't always have full stock of items, sizes etc. There is a Starbucks at this location (always a plus) and the Manager has stopped me to ask about my experience and feedback. Bought 2 apple I-Tunes gift cards and only one was activated. The second one wasn't activated so I spoke to 4 people at this Target store including the Asset Mgmt Dept and no one was able to help me, they gave me a 1-800-440-0680 number to call (which is a call center in Mexico) and "Joel" called me an idiot. I then called the store again and another manager was able to provide information which I think may help but I am not pleased and will never be shopping at any target ever again. read more

At one point in time Target meant decent quality for a decent price. Now it is no better than Walmart. After going to TWO Targets on opposite sides of the city to find a product out of stock we asked for a substitution two smaller for the price of the out of stock larger. A reasonable request considering the fact that we hit two stores and BOTH were out. Well unlike the Target of old, we got a resounding no from not one, not two but THREE employees (going up the food chain of course).
