All items are unique and fun, hence the business name. Honestly, there were several pieces I'd love in adult sizes. While their speciality is clothing, they also sell a number of knickknacks, books, stickers, toys, etc. It's a great spot to shop for a birthday or baby shower, especially since you're guaranteed to find something unique. This place has cute clothing for children. In some cases, probably too cute, since I don't think any school dress codes allow girls to have their shoulders on display. Ridiculous. I've been trying to place an online order for 4 days now only to have Zara immediately canceling every single one. from digging around online, I've learned that they likely marked my whole account as fraud and are immediately blocking me. I've reached out to Zara 4 or 5 times now trying to get a resolution because I simply want to play an order and they have been nothing but dismissive, unhelpful, and robotic. they have 0 care, don't care to give any sort of information as to what the problem is, what they're doing to solve it, and they give false timelines for when you can expect the solution to come in. I've tried using a different credit card and a different web browser, yet everything gets blocked. the online help chat gives the same robotic non-answers every single time without answering any of my questions. they refuse to connect me to anyone that is actually able to review and help me on my case. now at least 4 of the items that I had tried to buy are now out of stock because of their automatic system cancellation and they told me that there's nothing they can do. this is the worst online store system I've ever used and also the worst customer service. clearly a lot of other people have had the same issue as me, and they've done nothing to remedy it for future customers.

Also they kept walking into the back room to do what appeared to be eating lunch....really? with a customer in the store you won't have one person mind the front!
