Since my first review I have shopped here an additional 4 times since. I've spent hundreds on fashion jewellery, dresses, jackets, pants. I love everything I was concerned because I had bought a choker a lace black choker from this place and as soon as I put it on the chain had broken I didn't like the fact that one of the employees stated that their jewellery is better quality then the charming Charlie located doors down But the manager at the store when I quarter said for me to bring it back in and she actually gave me a store credit towards my new purchase when normally I know there are no exchanges or refunds on fashion jewellery They have a Instagram that I follow and if you go on Instagram wearing their clothes and tagged them they give you 10% off your next purchase I have even asked them to hold things for me and get a call back just from Instagram it's self It's so odd that I was two seconds away from completely walking out of that place and it was the first place that I went to on Black Friday I have been going in there on an average of one time a week now. How has this gem never been reviewed?! This is a boutiquish shop is tucked in the Clifton prominade. I have spent a TON of money there. I have bought every dress I have worn in the past 3 years there, except formal wedding attire. Vegas, AC, Philly, party's, events with nice shirts. I just love their selection. I do wish they had shoes. But the selection of clothes makes it okay. There is one gentleman who is the BEST At picking out my clothes- he has a shaved head and has glasses. I have shopped here for the past 4-5 years. Very friendly staff, nice clothes at affordable prices and the place is very clean. However the past month, I have had 2 weddings to go to and ordered some outfits online and it took almost 2 weeks to receive my order. After calling to complain twice, the owner finally contacted me and apologized but also a romper I ordered for the rehearsal dinner was now sold out and I by the time received my order, the wedding has passed. She did give me a discount though which ultimately didn't so me any good. Then I went back there 2 weeks ago to get 2 rompers for another wedding. I took the item home only to find a huge hole on the side of the romper as if someone pulled out a security tag. Called the store who gave me the owners info, I emailed 3 times and of course, no response. Never shopping here again and will be deterring my friends from going as well. read more

Words can't even express, how much I love this place. I go here for a lot of parties, night on the town or just if I want to feel pretty outfits. Everyone I have encountered here are so friendly and courteous. They have great sense when it comes to fashion, extra helpful and really go above and beyond. They always know the promotions and let me know when I enter. I'm in there sometimes 2-3 times a week depending on what comes in. I want to say kudos to the management staff and the employees. Well, let just say I had the worst experience at this store. I bought an item on Tuesday to wear on Saturday for an event. When I bought the item I asked for the return policy, they explained I had two weeks to exchange for something else or store credit. Well my event like I mentioned previously is on Saturday, I went on Friday to exchange for something else and to my surprise they would not exchange it or let me get store credit back, because they had a sale going on. Poor poor services and policies. They give you two weeks, yet then won't let you return if they have a sale. The sales rep did not mention this, when I made purchase. I went into this store for the first time yesterday after just following their instagram page for awhile . I was excited to go and see the different styles that they offer . What a disappointment to say the least . A lot of what I was looking for was sold out . To top it off I felt so uncomfortable the minute I came in the store . You'll always find something and if not, the staff is super friendly (but not over-the-top attentive) and will help you out. Actually, the dress I'm wearing in my profile picture is a OUAS gem. What I really love about this place is that all the dresses are unique and you won't find them anywhere else. Prices are also fantastic - you can find an amazing dress for between $30-$60. The store is cute, I think they just renovated. There's really hits or misses there, especially if you have a certain occasion to go to. I love their casual clothes I think they should stock more up on that because I just don't love all their dresses. My main concern though is that the girls who work there are literally on your ass. Dont get me wrong. They're all so sweet but I'm just the type of person who likes to browse by myself, pick out my own clothing, not have employees want to see what I'm trying on. There's just different types of people out there and I think the management should realize this.. I understand people wanna make money but if anything it makes me want to get the F out of there. Love this place! Beautiful clothes, reasonable prices, staff is super helpful! My favorite place to shop. They remember you when you come back, and greet you by name. I really appreciate that. They bring you your clothes into the fitting room for you, so you don't have to walk around with them. They are very attentive, I never feel like I'm being ignored. Also they are very truthful as well, they will tell you which outfits looked best and ones they didn't care for. In a nice way of course. Clothing is cute, quality is poor, customer service is TERRIBLE! Efrain is a poor manager & their staff isn't any better. Victor was the most helpful!! I had a situation where I needed a dress for a formal work event and I saw it online, but lived in another state. I was so eager to buy it that I had a family member purchase and ship it to me. The dress got lost in transit so my friend purchased the SAME dress for me and shipped it out so I could receive it on time for my event. Oddly enough the original dress arrived right before my event & now I have 2 of the SAME dress!! This happened within the same week! I call the store where their employees will TEXT you instead of calling you or emailing you back like professional employees. The store manager is nowhere to be found & guess what! They can't do anything to help! "I'm so sorry, but we can't do anything but except give you store credit." If you want repeat customers (which I was prior to leaving NJ), you would make exceptions!
