I messaged on here and quickly had an appointment to come see the venue! We walked in and my husband said, "I think this is the place it just is so fitting for us." We did a walk through and fell in love with the venue, location and the fact that we had pretty much free rein over what details we wanted. We booked the venue for December 2018! We picked out a caterer, Baker, one of their preferred DJs, we did our our cocktail hour, one of their preferred bartenders, and Uriah as our photographer! The day of was so perfect for me. I picked out decor, table setting stuff, and all of that extra stuff and the people decorating just really made it look more beautiful than I had ever imagined. It was perfect. Even with a few hiccups, the crew just went with it and made it such a beautiful day. I so highly recommend this venue! Especially so you can have that personal touch on everything!

The Grand Entry Hall is a soaring lobby that can accomodate private events and is the main display space for art shows. There is also an Event Hall that opens to the outdoor Terrace Theater. Concessions available are beer, wine, cocktails, soft drinks, and snacks. The facility is really quite spectacular. I recently visited to view the Roland Bernier retrospective which included a substantial selection of his work from the 1980s/1990s. The expansive lobby provided an excellent setting for his large-scale works. Additional art display space is available in the long hallway that leads from the lobby to the administration offices. The Arts Center has a busy schedule of theatrical and musical events that are presented in the Main Stage and Terrace theaters. There is also a regular schedule of art exhibits. This is a well-designed complex that offers many reasons to visit for those with an interest in many areas of the arts.

The theater itself is huge, well maintained and offers levels of seating - perfect at any view. Staff is beyond friendly, welcoming and smiley each and every time! My brides maid toured the venue for me and told me she thought it would be a great place for our party. The day before the party we got the tour and we were blown away by how much there was to see! The staff helped with getting the food set up, the cake and all the decorations we brought. This was the perfect party and I had amazing feedback from all of my guests. I want a party here every year now! Made to order ice cream sundaes, our thumb drive of pictures rotating video on all the tv's, Alexa playing our preferred music, and pinball machines made my event outstanding.

This isn't storage wars. This storage unit us a GIANT LAIR, two stories, FULL of American Memorabiia! And what great place to have a birthday party! There are a dozen or so classic cars with tail fins, dozens of antique arcade games, lots of Elvis, a soda fountain, juke boxes, a miniature train! This is amazing! From what I understand it is held by Charter Financial and is opened only for Charity functions and private functions, so was I ever lucky! COOL BEANS, DADDIO!

We held our Welcome Party at The Studio Friday night before our son's wedding. 5 stars for Rebecca…read moreand the team at The Studio. We (and our guest) loved the space. While it is industrial space it was cozy and just the right size for our group of ~120. We live in Seattle so planning an event remotely can be challenging, but Rebecca made it very easy for us with her excellent communication and great recommendations for party rentals and bartenders. Day of the event we were able to gain access to the space with plenty of time to set up and be prepared for our guest. We had a Studio staff member on site during our event for any support we needed - she was great! Plenty of parking for guest and a quick Uber (10 min from our hotel). I highly recommend The Studio for an event. We would definitely consider it for another party.

We did pay extra to have the Edison lights put up, (click on the photo to see them) which I recommend. We also used candles in hurricane containers which I also recommend as it gave the event a bit of magic. One thing to keep in mind is that if you are doing a week day event, you cannot get in to do decorating until 4:30p since this is a place of work. It did make our start time of 6p a little tight. We had the event catered but used disposable/compostable products. The kitchen area is open and perfect for a buffet. We also arranged for a Sweet Cow ice cream truck to come for dessert, which was a big hit and fun way to end the evening. I would do another party there given the chance.
