This concert was the first music event hosted here. There were about 100 people in attendance and there was plenty of room. There was a bartender and a full bar; staff was pleasant and attentive. There were a few sound issues, but I think it was mainly the artists' particular requirements that caused a few delays. This is a rented space so I assume all sound equipment was provided by the renter. Overall a good venue in downtown Parker which is very quaint and cute.

They have a huge variety of performances including musical theater, dramas, comedies, children's theater, comedians, and musicians just to list a few. Tickets are reasonably priced and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The concession stand has a full bar and most items/drinks are also reasonably priced.

The complex includes the Mainstage Theater, an intimate proscenium stage with 534 seats, a spacious art gallery plus extensive wall space for art display in the theater lobby, a 3,000 square foot event room, and the beautiful west terrace which has access to both the theater lobby and the event room. The classroom wing includes a dance studio, two creative studios, and two discovery labs. Parker Arts runs an extensive program of theatrical performances, art shows, and classes. All parts of the complex are available for rental for events from weddings to business conferences. There is a large parking lot in front of the building and a parking ramp is under construction (May 2025) just to the east.

Unfortunately, from start to finish, our experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. Communication was poor from the very beginning. Over the course of planning our wedding, we were assigned five different day-of coordinators due to constant staff changes. Then, just three weeks before our wedding, we received an email stating that the venue had changed ownership yet again. We were introduced to Keisha, the new manager and point of contact, who assured us that things would be handled differently and that we'd be well taken care of. Sadly, that couldn't have been further from the truth. Only two weeks before our wedding, we were told that they couldn't locate our signed contract. When we checked the digital link where our contract had been stored, it showed that it had been deleted. We were then asked to sign a new contract -- but this new version included multiple price increases, including higher rental fees. Despite having several emails proving our original agreement, the venue insisted we sign the new contract. Even during that renegotiation process, Keisha repeatedly forgot to include key details we had already agreed upon. If it hadn't been for our day-of coordinator carefully reviewing the revised contract, several important elements would have been missed entirely. That kind of carelessness just added to the stress and uncertainty we were already facing. When my husband (then fiancé) spoke with Keisha by phone to calmly address these issues, she raised her voice and continuously spoke over him like a child throwing a temper tantrum- behavior that was unprofessional and completely unacceptable, especially just two weeks before our wedding. The entire ordeal caused tremendous stress in what should have been one of the happiest times of our lives. To make matters worse, they wanted to charge us an additional $800 -- $400 per hour -- simply to arrive early enough to get ready at the venue. As a result, we were rushed on the day of the wedding. My hair and makeup team struggled to finish in time, and my husband ended up helping set up just hours before guests arrived -- something no couple should have to experience on their wedding day. To be fair, our day-of coordinator, Brooke from Grace & Co., was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to make the day run smoothly and was the only reason things came together at all. However, she does not work for Villa Parker -- she was contracted separately, and her professionalism stood in stark contrast to the venue's management. As a Colorado native, I had always dreamed of having my wedding at Villa Parker. It was once owned by a couple who truly cared about making each event magical, but sadly, under the new ownership, that warmth, integrity, and attention to detail are completely gone. Even after our wedding, when we returned to pick up our items, the project manager saw us and didn't even acknowledge us -- not a word, not a smile, nothing. It breaks my heart to say this, but I would strongly discourage anyone from booking Villa Parker under its current ownership. The venue itself may be beautiful, but the management and treatment of clients are deeply disappointing. I hope in time they rediscover the excellence and care that once made this venue so special.

My situation has changed where I am no longer a full-time resident in Parker and I had requested to…read morebe downgraded to social member. The club came back and was unable to satisfy my request and though the initiation fee paid to date covers the social member initiation fee - they requested that I pay the balance due on the full time membership before downgrading. The math does not make any sense and the fact that they are asking for a balance to a membership I will not be utilizing is just greed! I cancelled my membership and if they choose to come after me - so be it!

I had purchased a used E bike from a friend. My friend had purchased an E bike because she was in…read moreher mid 70s, I wanted to continue riding bikes with an assist. She was unable to get on and off of the bike because the frame was too tall, and so she sold her E bike to me. E bike only had 52 minutes logged on it. The bike worked except when you use the throttle. Rvery time you use, the throttle the bike would cut off and the motor would die. I was afraid that I was going to have to buy an entire new battery. In addition to that, I was having trouble finding an E bike repair place in the area that I could work with. I found Erod Ebikes online. Not only did he come and pick up the bike at my house because I didn't have a bike rack for my car, but his diagnostics were spot on, and he was able to fix the bike without replacing the battery and he kept it in the $100 range. I was so happy with the work that he did, his honesty, and his willingness to help when he came and picked up the bike at my house. I am recommending him to all of my friends with E-Bikes, and hopefully my bike won't break again anytime soon, but Erod bikes is the only place I will take it from now on!
