Their Imperial Juicy IPA with bright summer flavors was a one-day-only drop, and people were lining up before the doors opened. They're always releasing something new here or at their Lone Tree location, so there's always a reason to come back. Top reasons I love this place: Friendly staff that make you feel like family every time. Rotating food trucks with easy access, especially under their big shaded tent; perfect on warm Colorado nights. Awesome events: Silent disco, musical bingo, themed trivia, yoga with goats, brewery bus loops, silent book clubs (yes, really!), and more. This concert was the first music event hosted here. There were about 100 people in attendance and there was plenty of room. There was a bartender and a full bar; staff was pleasant and attentive. There were a few sound issues, but I think it was mainly the artists' particular requirements that caused a few delays. This is a rented space so I assume all sound equipment was provided by the renter. Overall a good venue in downtown Parker which is very quaint and cute.

Also appreciated that they let you throw other things besides axes because the second they handed me ninja stars and poker cards, my confidence skyrocketed for absolutely no reason. The duckpin bowling was also a blast. Smaller balls, quicker games, a little more unhinged in the best way. Drinks were solid too. They do infused tequilas and the cocktail menu actually feels thought out instead of being an afterthought. Overall it just feels like an easy place to spend a few hours without realizing it. Over the course of planning our wedding, we were assigned five different day-of coordinators due to constant staff changes. Then, just three weeks before our wedding, we received an email stating that the venue had changed ownership yet again. We were introduced to Keisha, the new manager and point of contact, who assured us that things would be handled differently and that we'd be well taken care of. Sadly, that couldn't have been further from the truth. Only two weeks before our wedding, we were told that they couldn't locate our signed contract. When we checked the digital link where our contract had been stored, it showed that it had been deleted. We were then asked to sign a new contract -- but this new version included multiple price increases, including higher rental fees. Despite having several emails proving our original agreement, the venue insisted we sign the new contract. Even during that renegotiation process, Keisha repeatedly forgot to include key details we had already agreed upon. If it hadn't been for our day-of coordinator carefully reviewing the revised contract, several important elements would have been missed entirely. That kind of carelessness just added to the stress and uncertainty we were already facing. When my husband (then fiancé) spoke with Keisha by phone to calmly address these issues, she raised her voice and continuously spoke over him like a child throwing a temper tantrum- behavior that was unprofessional and completely unacceptable, especially just two weeks before our wedding. The entire ordeal caused tremendous stress in what should have been one of the happiest times of our lives. To make matters worse, they wanted to charge us an additional $800 -- $400 per hour -- simply to arrive early enough to get ready at the venue. As a result, we were rushed on the day of the wedding. My hair and makeup team struggled to finish in time, and my husband ended up helping set up just hours before guests arrived -- something no couple should have to experience on their wedding day. To be fair, our day-of coordinator, Brooke from Grace & Co., was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to make the day run smoothly and was the only reason things came together at all. However, she does not work for Villa Parker -- she was contracted separately, and her professionalism stood in stark contrast to the venue's management. As a Colorado native, I had always dreamed of having my wedding at Villa Parker. It was once owned by a couple who truly cared about making each event magical, but sadly, under the new ownership, that warmth, integrity, and attention to detail are completely gone. Even after our wedding, when we returned to pick up our items, the project manager saw us and didn't even acknowledge us -- not a word, not a smile, nothing. It breaks my heart to say this, but I would strongly discourage anyone from booking Villa Parker under its current ownership. The venue itself may be beautiful, but the management and treatment of clients are deeply disappointing. I hope in time they rediscover the excellence and care that once made this venue so special.

This space could also be a great venue for a retreat or smaller gathering. My favorite aspect of this venue is that it feels like a very nice home with very little need for decorations or added flair. Embrace the Colorado style maybe bring in some mason jars with sunflowers and it's beautiful! We have had many work events anniversaries and grad parties here and it's just perfect!

This beautifully restored building was originally opened in 1915 as the Parker Schoolhouse, then in…read more1967 was taken over by Parker United Methodist Church which built the annex in 1978. It was acquired by the Town of Parker in 1995 to use as a community center. A recent $3 million renovation has restored the historic portion of the building to immaculate condition and completely revamped the newer annex section. The complex includes an event room, meetings rooms, a dance studio, a 200-seat theater, an art gallery curated by the Parker Artist Guild, and an historical museum managed by the Parker Area Historical Society. The facility hosts community arts events and classes in theater, dance, music, and visual arts. The theater lobby now has a large concession area with new bathrooms and much more space and the theater has new seats and risers for much-improved sight lines. The theater is also now fully ADA-compliant. The renovations have been extremely well-done. The new theater lobby is spacious and has a well-designed concession area. There's lots of room for the art gallery and for the little historical museum off to one side. The original Schoolhouse section maintains lots of original woodwork and has been opened up to show the original layout. There are lots of spaces for classes and meetings. The Schoolhouse is right in the middle of historic Parker with lots of shops and restaurants a short stroll away. It is a great adjunct to the larger PACE Center which is a couple of blocks down the street on the edge of the historic district.
