I wanted to patronize local businesses, but one young man was very rude to me first off. I get gas and I can't see the numbers because they're rubbed off and I put the wrong ZIP Code. I had to go to another pump being locked out which was fine and then it didn't give me a receipt so I still have to go in and I wasn't too happy about that but when I get to the counter, I got there at the same time as another person w/ snack since I got gas ..I should go first, so I ask him for my receipt and he has the nerve to apologize to the other person as if I interrupted he was trying to send me a clear message and it wasn't very nice. I mentioned the numbers not being clear so I guess he thought I was complaining. I was hoping he would say yes we need to fix that. There's no receipt on the pump .Instead of apologizing to the other person he should have said hey I'm sorry you experienced that. But instead, he tried to make me feel like I was interrupting the other patron when in fact, we were there at the same time and I had already made a purchase . If you had had your receipt in pump, I wouldn't have had to come in so I get inconvenienced twice, but he's apologizing to the other person. I felt like he just wanted to be rude instead of addressing the rubbed off numbers on that one pump. He wanted me to feel stupid obviously. read more

Lol who the hell leaves a review on the local corner store? Just get in get your stuff and go. 2-5 minutes is all most people need. Btw most people also only need one sign to figure gas. Add 30 cents to each grade from the price on the sign, 3.39 E10 means 100 percent 87 is 3.69. 89 is 3.99 and 91 is 4.29. It will be 2 cents cheaper at 7-11 because that's their policy and they have to have some gimmick like cheaper gas to lure you in because their gas is sub par and you risk getting your card info stolen at any gas station that's not an oncue. There is no finer place to get gas and no better group of people to get it from than oncue 110. It's classless and of poor taste to single out anyone by name in a public setting. If you really are upset and want to have something done, call the corporate number and file A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE FRONT OFFICE and give them a chance to make it right. Coming on here and questioning someone's upbringing is what an imbecile would do. So to the lady who gave 2 stars because you couldn't get a spoon but had one ready in the car, the person throwing down the race card, the person who thinks that what you read on yelp is an actual reflection of what kind of service you will get in real life.... There's 9 total reviews for this store, maybe half are average are worse. That's 1000's upon 1000's of people who come in every day and have no issue, and dare I say were satisfied customers? Upwards of 15000 people in and out every week with no problems..... But you are one of the very select few who could't get in and out without issue..... I love it, because it's newer, everything seems to work, and it's not awful to get in and out of (usually). I've never been into the store, because I avoid convenience shops unless I'm on a road trip and craving something disgusting but sugary. Anyway, the reasons I knocked this to a 3 star rating is two issues: 1. They used to be "the cheapest gas within a few miles," but aren't really anymore. There's a 7-11 south of here that is usually cheaper by a few cents, and another 7-11 south-east a few miles about the same price. Even Homeland's gas is sometimes cheaper. 2. (This one really irks me) They only display ONE gas price on their sign. Ethanol unleaded. So if you buy premium, or 100% gasoline, etc: you're driving in there blind and hoping their gas is the cheapest. I, for this reason, often find myself driving in, checking the price, and then driving through to go south to save a few pennies on my way home. It's not a big enough difference to drive out of the way for, but I often find myself driving along Rockwell where I can pass Homeland, 7-11, and OnCue. So if I check the prices and OnCue isn't the cheapest, I just hit up the cheaper option on the return trip. read more

Great place to fill up (in more ways than one!) while tooling down the Expressway.

I shop for consistently clean quality gasoline at a good price, not just the cheapest. This is why I'm loyal to OnCue. This store is so close to my house, I can swing by late at night when I'm craving a freezeecue, and the store is so well lit and clean (unlike the sketchy 7-11 down the street) that I feel safe even though I'm an old lady. The employees seem to be well paid, since they are happy and this store has very little turnover. Stable employees let them get to know the customer, and I like that. read more

I got a pint of ice cream from here. I go back in for a spoon. The new cashier says when you buy ice cream and show me you get a spoon. I thought the cashier was joking oh he was not in any way. He was extremely rude and nasty about a damn spoon that they keep behind the counter. Are people really stealing extra plastic utensils absolutely not ? because you could easily get a fork no problem. Luckily I had an utensil pack on my car. Clean bathrooms read more
