I had terrible customer service with a blonde lady name Paige . I went in to get gas and had to wait inline because the self-check out systems were down at the moment, so one of the cashier ladies came to help, I stepped up and I wanted to use my points( the kickback system was down too) I asked her if we could see if it would work her response was "no it'll freeze the system" she said it rude and huffed "I guess we can try it anyway and scanned my phone" then she pushed the credit button and I told her "I have cash" my friend handed her the money and we got $5 back she threw it on the counter then I asked for my receipt she did give me the receipt in my hand and then I asked her what is her name, she didn't want to tell me, her exact response was "I'm not telling you my name" while covering up her name-tag, I seen it before I asked and told her I worked for the company and told her I was going to speak to her GM when I get the chance to do so. read more

Super busy gas station right off 36th in the Northeast OKC area. I have been coming here for a while and the customer service has always been great. The bathrooms are also very clean as well. I definitely recommend this place. read more

A good atmosphere and they have 100% gas. A very "convenience" oriented convenience store. They have everything, and you pay for it (reason for only 4 stars). I like the one on NW Expressway & Blackwelder better for some reason, but they're basically the same. read more

I love, love, love this store! Whether I'm just stopping for gas or shopping for snacks, this store is always clean, well stocked, and the employees always helpful. The parking lot looks like it's cleaned nightly. I mean I've honestly never seen such a clean has station!! I remember the first time I ventured in for coffee. While standing at the machine looking completely lost, a store associate came over to see if I needed help. When I told her I just wanted a coffee, she sweetly directed me to a machine about 2 feet from where I was standing. If you want a fancy brew, a cappucino, or a regular cup of joe, they have you covered. Don't even get me started on their array of iced teas. Lord have mercy!!! The tropical sweet tea is beyond words delicious!!!! Trust me, you will NOT be disappointed if you go to this store. If you are, I'm sure they'll do their best to amoe it a better visit! read more

I love having an OnCue so close to my house! The customer service is always phenomenal! There is always at least one person that greets you and makes sure you are taken care of. I am a night person and I like to know that I will be safe while I get a drink, snack, or gas. This location is very well lit throughout the parking lot and gas pumps. The pumps are fully covered, which is wonderful when it's raining. OnCue has a huge selection of snacks, slushies, F'reals, Nachoes and Roller Grill, any coffee you could need, last minute home supplies or groceries, and even a frozen yogurt bar! This location does have lottery tickets readily available if you're into that kind of thing. They do have 100% gas as well as 10%, E-85, CNG, and Diesel. OnCue does have better prices on gas then other competitors. Every employee always seems busy and the location is very clean. They have a strict no loitering policy--if anyone harasses you for money etc., they will immediately take care of the issue. I love this store! Great job! read more

I was this many days old when I found out the oncue is local and I am never ever ever going back. They're clean, they are safe well-lit, and the customer service is actually pass the threshold of and uncaring disdain. Husband and I were puzzling out the difference and I think we hit the nail on the head and Wheeler and they were local. The employees seem happy, and that's pretty much my mark. It's why I boycott Walmart, I know it's why I go back to On Cue every time. I want to poison myself with diet soda, theirs is the best! read more

I love oncue. I spend at least $20 here daily. I come by on my lunch break and also on my way home. I buy a pack of American Spirits, a Starbucks double Or triple shot, a Freezy Q, and a water. Today I was greeted by the security guard who, As condescendingly as possible, told me I was loitering in the parking lot while I was sitting in my car on my phone. I had already bought my stuff and was in my car for not even 5 minutes after my purchase. I love oncue, but I won't be returning. Really disappointing. Oncue, you should rethink hiring the security guard on duty at 1pm today. I don't know if he's a jerk to everyone or if there was just something about me he didn't fancy, but if his job was to run off your good customers, he has succeeded. read more

I just love the Oncue brand. Love the total covered parking and always clean store. Yea it's new but even after a while being open the restrooms are very clean as well as the store. The workers were very friendly. Great prices on frozen yogurt by the ounce. Plus Oncue is trumping the other competition! read more
