They have snacks, drinks, frozen food, eggs, canned goods, some dry goods, soap, and hair care. The majority of the items are geared toward Filipino goods, hence the name Little Manila Market. I love that we have a convenience store like this here. My daughter has been passing by with her friends to grab snacks after school. I was able to grab things for dinner, which made it really convenient. Overall, it's exactly what this neighborhood needed. Can't wait to see what else they will bring to this place.

I'd imagine just grabbing a bunch of these snacks and candies and curating your own box lol You can tell that they're still setting up, but there was still enough to keep us intrigued! We initially said we didn't need a cart, but we were so wrong. We grabbed some random snacks just to try and review with each other, and compare them to the ones here in the States! We grabbed almost a cartful of snacks... not even ashamed to say it, but the total came to around $43, which to me wasn't that bad. All in all, we're gonna come back again or even check out the one on the other side of town!

It's a small market and the name says what exactly you'll find here. I seen there was Puto; A steamed rice cake slightly sweet & topped with cheese for $7 for a pack of 6. I purchased a container, Let me say it was very delicious! I opened it up in my car on my way to work and couldn't stop eating it. If I could have I would have eaten all of it before reaching Waikele. I wanted to share some with my husband so I shared 2 with him. I'll be back for more! I also love their Korean side dishes (banchan), especially the daikon, which is so fresh and delicious. I find myself coming back at least once a week because everything is just that good. That said, I did have one experience where I found a hair in my marinated kalbi, which was disappointing. Since then, I've been more careful to double check before cooking. I'd really recommend having staff wear hair nets to help prevent this in the future. Overall though, still one of my favorite spots for kalbi and sides!

The broth was good, but I think it's overpriced. Most of what you're getting is a huge bone. The meat attached to the bone was pretty tough and really hard to separate, especially since they only give you plastic utensils. Bagnet Kare-Kare ($15.99) was good. It was a good serving size and also comes on a mini stove with a flame underneath, which keeps it hot. The taste was good, not great, but still enjoyable. Overload Sisig ($17.99) was actually my favorite. It comes on a sizzling cast iron plate and the serving size was really good. Flavor was great and I'd definitely order this again. Overall, I'd come back for the sisig and maybe the kare-kare. The bulalo tasted good, but I don't think it's worth $17.99 because you're mostly paying for a giant bone instead of meat.

The back of the store now has lights on. You can see in the back of the store. You no longer need to be apprehensive about venturing in the back of the previously unlit store. There is air conditioning, however, it doesn't seem to work well. I was in here for ten minutes and perspiring due to humidity and heat. I asked the one employee if she was uncomfortable in working in this heat. She replied that they are required to keep the front door open to let customers know it's open, so much of the cooled air escapes. It is crazy warm inside. Service is good. The one employee must stock, look out for customers and ring up sales. There is a half off table that I didn't observe in the past. Some of the drinks in the refrigerated section appear ready to burst. Overall, plus one star for labeling and price tags. I picked up a few sugar free and low calorie drinks to try here.

I saw a snack size bag of chips for $7. I get these are imported but that seemed a little excessive. I really enjoyed their variety of hot foods. It's no 7/11 however if you're in the area and want something a little different, I recommend you give it a try.
