Past Little Manila Market many times... My daughter shared with me that they serve Filipino hot dishes and desserts. This is one of my favorite foods, SO of course I had to go check it out for myself. Unfortunately, at the time I went there it wasn't available, and was told it wouldn't be available until about 10:30 am. So, I browsed around Little Manila Market... It's a small market and the name says what exactly you'll find here. I seen there was Puto; A steamed rice cake slightly sweet & topped with cheese for $7 for a pack of 6. I purchased a container, Let me say it was very delicious! I opened it up in my car on my way to work and couldn't stop eating it. If I could have I would have eaten all of it before reaching Waikele. I wanted to share some with my husband so I shared 2 with him. I'll be back for more! Little Manila Market, (love the store name ) always wanted to visit when this biz. popped up on Yelp, since I love Filipino products. I happen to see a Instagram reel by Joshybu, made me add this to the list to visit ASAP. Note, there are 2 Little Manila Market, the other one is in Waipahu this is at Ewa Beach, located at Ho'opili, great location/convenient for residences of Ho'opili and for those on the west side. Ample street parking and there are few tables out front to enjoy the goods! The store is cozy in the corner, Filipino grocery store that offers a wide range of authentic products, including snacks, ingredients, frozen foods, household items, including pancit canton, my favorites. They carry few local products which I was surprise to see the Pork Hash Factory frozen pork hash and bottled sauce. I enjoyed browsing, now I know where to go when I need more goods when I am on this side of the island. One of the reasons to visit, was the hot foods, this is available on weekends only, I wanted to try the empanada ( from Instagram reel) and the foods but when I arrived after 1 pm, they were all sold out of most of the hot foods. Bummer, note for next time to come early. The only item I got was dessert which we enjoyed. The hot foods is located at the front of the store near entrance. What did I end up getting, pork hash factory sauce ( $3.50) frozen bag of Saba ( bananas) pancit canton noods and bottle of pre-mixed vinegar with the chili pepper in it. The prices wasn't bad. I am so happy that there is a Filipino store in my neighborhood! Little Manila Market really does have everything! They even have ready-made hot foods including dishes and desserts for you to purchase to-go! [[HIGHLIGHT]]You can even eat your ready-made foods outside in the nice shady sit-down table with chairs eating area![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When I come, I tend to start craving my comfort breakfast foods my mom used to cook me when I lived at home such as: Longanisa: like a Filipino sausage typically eaten for breakfast with rice and eggs Tucino: some have coined this the Filipino bacon but I think it's more like a charsiu The meat is pork belly & you usually fry this until it's carmelized and it's a breakfast meat you eat with garlic rice and eggies Salted egg: we eat this more so for breakfast and we open it, it's boiled and salted so we cut it half with the shell still on and scoop it out with a spoon while it's still cold from the fridge, cut it into pieces and toss it with onions and tomatoes and cilantro if you have it and you eat it with rice and your favorite breakfast protein I love that LMM has all the Filipino condiments and seasonings and ready-prepared flavor packages for your convenience and pleasures! I was practically doing my grocery shopping here because they also have laundry and dish washing soaps as well as various Filipino toiletries and beauty products! This is my 4th time visiting Little Manila Market. This time I visited on a Sunday, 11-9-25, at 1:15p in the afternoon. Little Manila Market is a small Filipino grocery store carrying items from the Philippines, such as Filipino bagoong, Spicy vinegar, Filipino spices, candies, canned goods and frozen items, as well as the Christmas Parol stars with festive lights. On the weekends they sell Filipino food. I bought their Empanadas that were warm and tasty. It comes with a vinegar sauce. I also got their Bicol Express that showcased the light coconut flavor in the dish. I also got one pound of pork Lechon Belly that was very flavorful. Some parts of the skin were crispy, the way I enjoy it. For dessert I got the Leche Flan. It was sweet and had a good texture. Finally, I also got the Bilo Bilo. This was my favorite dessert with the warm mochi and tapioca pearls immersed in the coconut milk with pieces of jackfruit, sweet potatoes making it a well rounded bite. The service at Little Manila Market is also so friendly. My husband and I were both greeted warmly as we shopped for our goods. We will definitely be back to purchase more Filipino essentials. I have a secret. This place has the BEST homemade tocino EVER. They don't always have it, so I end up checking every so often. When they do I grab a bunch. It is homemade. You are not gonna find it anywhere else but here. My husband was the first to bring it home. He cooked it for breakfast and the whole family was craving for more. I grabbed more the next day and ever since that, we've been addicted. A few months ago, my brother was visiting. I cooked the tocino from Little Manila Market and he said exactly what I thought he would: "whoa, this is the best tocino I've ever had". Besides the tocino, my favorite sari sari store has also brought in yema, the ever coveted sans rival cake and Kuya Arnel's longanisa sausage! These have become a favorite in our home too. The weekend hot food has been changing and expanding. The empanada is delicious. (Hint: to reheat put it on a pan and crisp it back up. No oil needed. It tastes better freshly crisped) They have changed up a lot of things. There are so many products that they have that the other places don't carry. BUT if there is one thing you need to try here, it's that homemade tocino marinated with love. If you are craving something from Philippines, this is the FIRST place you should check. We just missed the selling of the hot foods that day and the only things that were left were the desserts. I would like to go back to try their hot foods that they only offer on the weekend. This place speaks for itself... the title speaks for itself. It has a little bit of everything in this hidden gem! We ended up getting drinks and sausage and the sweet sausage was so good after cooking it that same night. The owner was so nice, he chatted with us and told his his story where he started in Waipahu and has several shops, all from a humble beginning. Finally got to check out Little Manila in Ewa/Kapolei off of North/South Rd on a Sunday. Because we went off of the iPhone map, got lost for about 10 minutes. Finally found it after circling the wrong block, duh. Nice location as it's in a new development and street parking. Went here to see what kind of cooked foods and products they offer. Very impressed with all the Filipino products from beauty to food items. Came here mostly for their hot foods, that they only serve on the weekends. I really liked their Mixed Veges and bilobilo. We went around 2ish in the afternoon and there was no more empanadas. They sell out as soon as they arrive. They have a variety of products. I was on my way home from work via the Skyline rail and there was 25 minutes until my bus arrived. So I decided to walk 5 minutes to here and check it out. Very nice mom and pop shop with a good selection of snacks, coffee mix, cold Asian drinks, and lots of ube in your face! [[HIGHLIGHT]]To be sure, it's a very small market but it's perfect for grabbing a snack and a drink to go for transit riders.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Residents can buy larger items like boxes of crackers, big packs of frozen ube buns, dessert ingredients, and tubs of ice cream. And the best for last: a very sweet lady working the shop today, who mentioned that there is hot Filipino food on the weekends with the menu posted on their Instagram. I love that this store has many options of snacks , seasonings etc. The only downfall for my review is 1. They open at 9 I got here at 10:30 and they weren't ready to serve the hot food entrees . 2. Little Manila is a new Filipino market in the growing Ho'opili community! They also operate inside Waipahu Festival Marketplace, but this Little Manila solves the problem of Ho'opili residents having to drive to Waipahu for Filipino goods. My Chinese-American husband and I have been shopping here since their first week of operation at the start of 2024. The family that runs this market is so nice! The market has all the Filipino grocery staples--different kinds of noodles, sauces (patis, banana ketchup, Mang Tomas, etc.), seasonings, snacks, frozen foods (longanisa, fish balls, Magnolia ice cream, etc.), drinks (Royal Tru Orange, Milo and Bear Brand powders), beauty products (Likas papaya soap, Cream Silk), Philippine laundry detergent bars, and even cornstarch, paper plates and plastic utensils. I noticed that many of their products seem to be exported straight from the Philippines; I couldn't find a U.S. distributor on the packaging! Some of these products aren't even available in other Filipino markets in Waipahu. Just recently, this family-owned business started preparing and selling home-cooked Filipino dishes, as well as kakanin (Filipino rice desserts) from Pampanga Kitchen every weekend! So far, my husband and I have had their Pancit Bihon Guisado, squid adobo, sapin sapin-palitaw combo (tri-colored mochi dessert with a coconut covered mochi dessert), and our favorite, their lechon! Their kakanin are more in line with what I've eaten in San Diego and the Philippines, and not Hawaii's Filipino desserts. Their lechon is so tasty with moist meat and crunchy skin that it reminded me of the lechon I ate in the Philippine region of Cebu! I've also seen other dishes like Lumpiang Shanghai, Kare Kare (beef peanut stew), and Ginataang Bilo Bilo (dessert with coconut milk, sago, and mochi balls). I would suggest selling halo halo during the summer! My husband is seriously turning Filipino, not only because he married this Pinay and into a Filipino family, but he often asks if we can pick up something from Little Manila! Knowing Little Manila is a small business in HO'OPILI, expect some prices to be at a premium, but some of the snacks are honestly reasonably priced. Also, they charge a 3% surcharge for credit cards. Avoid this surcharge with cash or your debit card. They do accept tap methods of payment. Little Manila Market is Ho'opili's answer to Filipino food needs! Find them across from Sage Creamery, on the mauka side of Ho'omohala Avenue (I call it the cross street after Farrington)! read more

This place opened about a month ago. It's located in Ewa Beach in the Ho'opili area, across from Sage Creamery. This is their 2nd location as their first location is located in Waipahu in the Festival Market. We frequent this place since they opened. They have all kinds of Filipino snacks/food. And as of last weekend, they've started to sell hot foods. Keep in mind though, the hot foods are only available on Saturday's and Sunday's. They do get busy because the Ho'opili community has their own page that they post when the hot foods are available. So today, I seen the post and hurried to get to the store as I knew they would eventually sell out of the hot foods. Good thing I went when I did because it was really busy! It's a small store so the line to cash out wrapped around their shelves. Be patient as they're trying to make things as efficient as they can especially with cashing out. It may seem as if they're moving slow. They've got chips not just Filipino brands. They got pasta, ingredients for halo-halo and fruit salad. They've also got some frozen food like longanisa (Filipino sausage) and if you happen to be making spring rolls and run out of wrapper, they carry it! The worker's who are also the owner's are really nice. No parking lot, just street parking. During peak times like lunch, it may be hard to find a parking spot. Overall, the hot foods are a little pricey but you'd be surprised to find that other things in there are pretty cheap. Check them out and support small local businesses! read more

Cute little mom & pop shop in kapolei. A bit pricey, but what do you expect with inflation and all. I would say go early if you want to try their dishes. We went around 4pm & they only had a few select foods. Space is quite tight! Could barely get around with my son's stroller. Parking is hard to find. Street parking is very limited. There's guest parking in the back of the building. Don't think I'll come back bc of the parking issue. They have some items that I haven't seen at other Filipino or Asian grocery stores. Tried their empanadas on a Saturday- sadly it was soggy and not much flavor. It's way too pricey for the portion and quality. I get one scoop rice n noodles and one entree for $15! You may as well go to Chow Wuh Kam or any Seafood market and get more for that price. People don't eat Filipino food all the time and there are only so many Filipinos in Hoopili. I will not be surprised if the business won't last more than a few yrs. read more

The Yelp map showed the location in a residential complex and there was no signage indicating there was a business located there. When I called, I was told they were actually across the street, but they were closed. I mentioned that their Yelp information was incorrect and showed they were supposed to be open until 7:00pm. I asked when they would be open, and the only response was that they were closed today. So if you plan on making a trip to this store, you need to be ready for them to be closed. I personally don't have time to play guessing games as to when these lazy owners decide to open or not. read more
