Don't trust them…read more When I had Botox done for the first time in 2023, the experience was great. The initial result wasn't exactly what I wanted, but they corrected it, and the final outcome turned out really well. However, when I went back in January 2026, I felt completely taken advantage of. I spent over $600 just for the upper part of my face. I left with the assurance that the treatment would deliver the expected results, but it didn't match what I had originally paid for. When I returned two months later to ask for a correction, they told me I would have to pay again to fix what was poorly done the first time. In the end, it feels like there's no real incentive for them to do the job properly the first time, since doing it poorly gives them the opportunity to charge twice. The problem is that there's no way to know immediately if the work was done correctly, because the final Botox results only appear after a few weeks.

In November 2022, I flew to Toronto for my first Co2 laser treatment, and Nurse Courage performed the procedure. Despite the ongoing building repairs at the time, Nurse Courage was attentive, professional, and created a peaceful, reassuring environment -- exactly what you want when you're undergoing an ablative, potentially harsh procedure. I was impressed with the results of the treatment and the care I received, which led me to book more sessions. A year later, in November 2023, I returned for a follow-up treatment and purchased a package for three additional sessions, paying in full, in cash, as I had done before. I did not receive receipts for any of these payments, either in person or by email, though I do have all the email communication with the clinic detailing the payment amounts and package prices. Fast forward to October 2024 -- I had scheduled my third treatment for October 22nd. However, just days before my appointment, I was informed that the session had been canceled. Over the course of several phone calls, I received various explanations: one time it was because "the machine was having a software update," another time it was because "the machine wasn't in the building," and finally, I was told "the machine was broken." Given that I had booked travel to Toronto specifically for this appointment -- including hotel, car rental, and airfare -- I was extremely disappointed. I was refunded only for the taxes I paid on the airfare bookings, which did not cover the full costs, thankfully hotel and car rental cancelled my booking successfully. The real frustration came when I tried to resolve the situation with customer service. I spoke with a manager named Anna Goth, and her treatment of me was nothing short of rude. As a loyal customer who has been visiting this clinic for two years, and having paid in advance for multiple treatments, I expected better communication and more respect. The responses I received were inconsistent -- one day I was told I would receive a refund via check, the next I was informed that no refunds would be issued at all for prepaid packages. There were also issues with the receipts I finally received -- one was issued two years after my payment, and the other a year later, with discrepancies in the amounts listed. At no point did I receive an apology for the inconvenience or the treatment and lies I endured over the phone. Instead, I felt dismissed and disrespected, which has severely impacted my trust in this clinic. Customer service plays a crucial role in the overall experience of any procedure, especially something as personal as a facial ablative treatment. Poor service can easily overshadow any positive outcomes and leave a lasting negative impression. It is important for businesses, especially those offering medical or cosmetic procedures, to handle such situations with integrity and professionalism to foster trust and encourage clients to return and refer others. I still have all the necessary documentation, including emails, screenshots, and communication that could help resolve this situation. If the clinic decides to honor the services I've paid for and properly address my concerns, my case shouldn't be handle by the manager I mentioned above; in that way I may reconsider my stance. As someone who shares their experiences on social media I will document my experience and post it, updating my reviews as well; However, at this point, I am very hesitant to return for future treatments or recommend this clinic to others. I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously and ensures that no one else has to experience the same poor service that I did have.

I asked ahead if they had what I needed because I am not allowed to do my nails often due to the delicacy of mine (they're super thin and should refrain from getting them done often) and the one time I go a year I was given in the end a basic gel no design no paint nothing for 71$ I was given a 10 % discount and a sheet mask. I really don't want to be upset but the whole ordeal especially since the staff was so nice but it was a giant waste of time and money. I now have to go to another salon to get them painted and maybe rip off two to get the clear tips. I'm just so disappointed and upset I don't mind spending money as long as the end result is what I asked and if your capabilities aren't there let us know I refuse to spend over 100 for a paint job over long nails I'll just get stick ons for that.

And after years of suffering through this hell on Earth, I finally found the solution. Kenalog injections. It's a steroid medication so it sounds scary, but it's a miracle when it comes to problematic acne. They inject the site with a teeny needle (very mildly uncomfortable) and bam, it stops the development in its tracks. By the next day, you're good to go. Over the years I've had more of these than I care to admit...with absolutely no long-term effects on my skin. When I feel one coming in I usually just walk into Bellair at Yonge and Eglinton without an appointment, and I'm typically served within minutes. The whole process itself takes minutes. But of course, you could also call ahead. As for this facility...it's beautiful, modern, fresh and clean, and the staff are lovely.

As time passed I really wasn't satisfied with the service provided so I decided to leave a review a week ago. After my review the owner unprofessionally revoked my last treatment session coming up in May. This was a complete separate appointment with a different laser which I paid for separately from the one he reinstated. I have already paid in full and he has not provided me a refund. He decided to cancel my last upcoming appointment out of spite due to my bad review and is trying to link it to the missed appointment that he already reinstated in January (almost 5 months ago). I truly wish I had read reviews before booking at this establishment. My background as a nurse gives me a different perspective. Some staff members seemed underqualified, contributing to an uncomfortable environment from the beginning. During my second laser session, the nurse appeared unsure of how to use the laser and needed assistance. The procedure was incredibly painful, resulting in scarring. Despite assurances that this was normal, the pain was intense, and six treatments have not improved the scars. I need to mention that a-lot of 5 star reviews are misleading because the owner often reinstates appointments in exchange for reviews. While I understand that not every client will have a negative experience, it's crucial to take the poor reviews seriously. Sometimes the issues can be remedied by how it is handled. However, the way the owner handles issues at this company demonstrates a lack of professionalism and extreme immaturity. In response to any criticism, he decides to just cancel your appointments unethically.
