When I asked to cancel the entire order since the main item was unavailable, I was told they don't accept returns on sale items--even though the issue was on their end. My bike came with a free bike fit, and I didn't know what to expect, but it blew my mind, as well as my partner's (who already owns several high-end bikes). During approx. two-hour bike fit which was offered with the purchase, Marty (sorry, if I spelled your name wrong) took his time, checking every single detail and consistently ensuring that everything felt right for me. I ended up switching the handlebar, the stem, and the seat, all in-house. I also upgraded my tires to tubeless and received a very generous discount on them. My partner, who has bought several bikes from different shops in Vancouver, was equally impressed. He mentioned that the experiences he's had in town don't even come close to this one. I can't recommend this place enough. The 9-hour drive was absolutely worth it!
