Christine was amazing and went above and beyond to first of all get me out of excrusiating pain and then address everything involved until she found a solution. My wife and I are both treated like family by everyone at PDS Medical Group and we highly reccomend them for all your medical needs. I plan on staying with Christine and PDS Medical Group for all of my General Practicioner needs.

I just had the worst experience at the Henderson location. I had a simple appointment to go over my…read morelab results with my primary care provider Christine V. The previous time I did this, I was able to go during my lunch break. Here's what happened this time. First I got an email from PDS Medical on 12/24/25 reminding me I have an appointment on January 7th, 2026. I confirmed the appointment. Then I get an email on 12/30/25 reminding me I have an appointment and letting me know that I can save time by using e check-in. Done. I checked in using the online portal. Finally. I got a text message the morning of my appointment on Jan 7th again reminding me I have an appointment. Confirmed! My appointment was at 1:30pm, so I took a lunch break from 1:00pm-2:00pm. I showed up at 1:15pm. Checked in at the front desk. The receptionist, a very nice lady named Esmeralda charged me my $70 copayment. She emailed me my receipt. Receipt received in my email at 1:17pm. I waited in the lobby patiently. I was then called in at my appointment time exactly at 1:30pm. The assistant took my blood pressure & weight, then escorted me to the waiting room at 1:35. I sat in the waiting room until 2:00pm! Christine V. never showed up! I heard her walk into a room of a patient that showed up after me at 1:58pm! There was no communication from the staff letting me know they were short staffed. Nor was there any communication for warning me that the wait would be longer than expected. I left as soon as my lunch break ended 2pm (and returned to work late). I did let the nice receptionist know that no one ever came in the room to see me. She could tell I was upset when I walked out. Do you think anyone called me to apologize? No! Not during the drive home, nor during the remainder of the afternoon or evening! The next day I got a message from the MyChart portal letting me know my prescription refill was denied. The portion I paid for my blood work on 12/24, and the $70 copay for the office was a waste of money!

Audiologist tech Ray, she was very nice, gentle and made me feel comfortable, she was able to replace the left side hearing aid receiver and receiver wire and she also completely cleaned both hearing aids. My Audiologist visit with Dr. Perry (via Skype) was awesome, she was very down to earth, she asked the appropriate questions and she listened to my answers and concerns. She gave me a complete exam, pressure test, speech word test and a real in dept audiogram hearing test, my last audiogram was in 2021 in Hawaii. Dr. Perry was able to correctly re-program and fine tune both of my hearing aids and they work awesome now. Great job Ray and Dr. Perry, Mahalo

Harley, is always kind and professional. The office setting is clean, warm and welcoming. Katie is my therapist, I highly recommend her. From my first apt. Katie made me feel comfortable, and safe. I have learned so much from Katie. She provides tools, and worksheets to help overcome issues I have with my family.
