They were pleasent, trustworthy & through and performed every honey do list item & clean the house, organized & cleaned filthy carpets! They Lysoled everything down. It's sad how much I have to say about this "business" when they haven't even performed a service for me. I called about 3 weeks ago to get an estimate on a few things I needed done at our house and was told by kristy she would give me a call back after she spoke with her husband, who was traveling. Apparently he was the one to give quotes. She also quoted me around $25 for cleaning the upholstery on my sofa, which was a steal. So I never heard back from her for the quotes of all the other stuff but didn't think anything of it. I called back about 2 weeks later to schedule the upholstery cleaning before today (the 9th) since we're having guests over tonight. She picked up while driving, gave the phone to her sister, got all my information down and scheduled me for Friday the 8th at 6pm. That's fine I was just happy to get it in in time. She also let me know that they had a $35 minimum to come out to a job and I said that's fine I'll pay you $35. Come Friday the 8th 610 pm and there's no one here. So I called and left a voicemail and didn't hear back. I decided to text the number and heard back from kristy that her husband was in traffic. That's fine I knew Friday at that time was chaos so I said no problem. You can see all this in the text conversation I'm posting with my review. Out of nowhere 20 minutes later I get a call saying that his tire blew out and he's at the exit on i25 and Paseo (a few exits before ours). She said she was on her way to help him and that they had called AAA and would come as soon as they could. Ok fine, shit happens so I'm not going to bitch about it, it wasn't his fault. I even offered to go and help them, knowing it's cold and dark out and traffic at a busy exit. She said AAA would be there soon and thanked me. She texted about 20 minutes later and asked if her husband could come tomorrow (this morning) between 9:30-10am instead and I figured, you know what they're tired, they've had a shitty night, sure no prob, it's early enough that it'll dry in time and I can still get things done for the party. I was BEYOND understanding. Well here we are 1055am the next day and their phone is off, going to voicemail, and texts are delivering as "green" text messages instead of iMessage. I'm not sure the purpose of stringing people along when there's no benefit to you, it's not like you have my credit card info or anything. But you have my address and that scares the life out of me, because I don't know who you people are or what you're attempting to do. This is sketchy beyond measure and I have much better things to do with my time than to wait for you...twice. I'm livid and am advising the yelp community to stay far away. read more

Pre-Service Review: I am super excited and most of all very relieved. I am currently 9 months pregnant and my husband and I have moved over New Years weekend suddenly to a larger house to accommodate our growing family. Being so pregnant has left me little energy or physical strength to clean our old place before returning keys and I had to find someone last minute. After checking out several places, I came across One Call Does it All and asked for a quote on Yelp around 10pm for the next day. Kristy D., the owner, replied by 4am with a quote and said they could arrive at 930am promptly and told me what work they would accomplish. She left me her number and told me to call first thing in the morning. I called a little before 8am and left a message and then sent her a message accepting the job and giving her our street address as extra precaution, letting her know my husband would be there to let them in. Kristy quickly got a hold of me with an estimate it would take them 6 hours. She showed up with two others and they quickly got to work. Post-service Review: Wow! The place looks better than it did when we moved in. Kristy and her husband did an AMAZING job. They worked their butts off and took care of everything from the cabinets to the fridge and oven and bathroom. They also steam-cleaned the carpets and scrubbed the walls. I definitely recommend them and will be using them again. They truly saved our family so much stress. I highly recommend them for any of your cleaning needs. read more

I called Kristy and Jay IN A PANIC. I was visiting my brother in NM and his place was a nasty disaster. I knew I needed to help him as he worked 12 hour days and had no time to clean OR CARE. I was lucky enough to call them on a day that they could come same day. Great attitudes and worked very hard for 5+ hours. They had a big job and handled it well. Was so lucky to meet them. They like dogs! I hope they come clean your place. They mentioned they do upholstery cleaning as well! read more

They cleaned my carpet good but they were 3 hours late. On a separate occasion they were supposed to clean my home but didn't show up.

I called Kristy for a quote on a mobile car detail as a present for my husband for Father's Day. She quoted me $49 for a full car detail, interior, exterior and the trunk. She told me she would call the day before my appointment to confirm. She did not. My appointment was at 6pm on Thursday and without hearing from her, I started to get worried. So I called several times and texted on the day of my appointment and received no response. Around 6:15pm, Jay called and said he would be on his way and get to my house in an hour. He didn't come until 8pm. My babies were asleep and the noise his machine made was very loud and woke them up. He did work hard. However, when he finished around 9:15pm, it was dark, the seats were soaking, everything reeked of vinegar. He assured me the vinegar smell would go away in a day or two. The next morning, I woke up and realized that he didn't wash the car. When I contacted Kristy, she told me the price she quoted me did not include a car wash, though that is what she told me when I set my appointment and was one of the main reasons I went with this business. Kristy said sorry but that they would come back and wash the car for $15 more dollars. I told her I only budgeted for what she quoted me and she told me she would "get back to me". She never did. Also, the vinegar smell in the car never really went away. And the sour smell in the trunk Kristy guaranteed they could fix returned after day 2. So as far as I'm concerned, this was a huge waste of time and money and though they claim "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed", when it came down to it, they cashed my check and did a crappy job on many levels.
