We did additional work for the next 3 days. My apartment hasn't been so well organized and clean in a long time. It wasn't that my apartment was dirty. But I had too much stuff and it was really disorganized. Lenice is a true professional and more importantly she is a nice person. I did a background check on her and she came up completely clean. She actually enjoys doing home organizing and is really proud of her work. She's truly passionate about it! Sometimes you see cleaners going through the motions looking like they want to nap. Not Lenice. She is responsible, honorable and just fun to have around. I found out that she had to pay $25 extra for parking so I gave her the extra money and she refused to accept it! Please confirm how we will access property. Once you approve estimate and access , we can reserve appointment. (Along with this request they sent me a "Deep cleaning checklist" , but no estimate). When I did a first walk through, things looked good, but after taking a closer look, I was disappointed. The grout was still dirty in the shower, the fridge and oven had not been cleaned, nor was the kitchen hood. I found cobwebs still all over the house and the high window sills still had dust. Only the windows on the front entry seem to have been cleaned. Maybe there was a miscommunication on what we wanted to be cleaned, but definitely a bit bummed out with the level of clean for the cost of service.
