It was comical to watch new people pull in and see them doing the same thing. 1/2 used dirty towels and 1/2 just left. I hope they all leave reviews as well. This location has never been managed well. Can't wait for the new car wash just down the street to open. You would think owners or upper management would see this many terrible reviews and do something. The manager replies are all the same and want you to contact them. At my precious spot, I couldn't get my vehicle cleaned on a non-busy day in 30 minutes, and most times spent more than an hour waiting for my car. EVERY car was dried and finished under a shade structure , preventing the water spots and dried wax spots I have experienced at other car washes that try to wax the car in direct sunlight...in the desert!!! I've been tired lately, so I decided to get it washed here instead of doing it myself. This was my second visit the first time, they did a great job. Unfortunately, my second visit was disappointing. I came in for an exterior wash only, and my car's left side was the dirtiest. After the wash, I noticed light surface scratches that look like swirl marks and minor clear coat abrasion. This kind of damage usually happens when the dirt isn't properly rinsed off before the soap stage meaning the dirt mixes with the soap, and the brushes or mitts end up rubbing the body with that contamination. I have before and-after photos showing how my paint looked after the first wash versus after this visit. Really unfortunate, especially since I trusted them after a good first experience. Second time I went they scratched my car and the guy was trying to say it was the painters? WHEN YOUR CAR IS FRESHLY PAINTED THERE ISN'T GOING TO BE SCRATCHES. He kept saying it was the body shop? I wanted their information and they denied to give me any information. I will be contacting the right legal source for this. I have paper work and freshly painted pictures.
