I understand closing sometimes people forget what time it is all you have to do is politely tell them we're about to close up sir or ma'am We're about to close up in about five minutes, like just a heads up, not just turn off the vacuums and give them a up and down a look. like you on the streets not every black person with dreads is gonna give you a problem. Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Equipment at Go Car Wash (3265 S Nelis Blvd) Hello All, I visited your Go Car Wash location at 3265 S Nelis Blvd earlier this morning, intending to wash and vacuum my SUV. After paying at the machine, I went through the car wash and then drove over to use the vacuums. Unfortunately, the first vacuum I tried did not work. I moved to a second station, and that one also did not work. Another customer confirmed to me that none of the vacuums were working. I then approached the employee on duty--the same young man who had initially assisted me at the payment machine--and asked why customers were not being told about the out-of-service vacuums before paying. I explained that I primarily came to this location for the vacuums, and I would have gone elsewhere had I known they were unavailable. Instead of providing a helpful or apologetic response, the employee was dismissive and condescending. He told me I could "always come back" once new equipment was installed. I explained that I did not have the time to return, and that this information should have been shared upfront before I paid. His attitude was rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in customer service. This was only my second visit to this location, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. The combination of non-functioning equipment and poor customer service has permanently lost my business. Been a $59.98 (two cars) monthly subscription member for two years now and wanted to place a review. Today I went to get a jump start on my chores and enjoy the cooler morning weather, so I decided to get my car washed from the dust storm this week. Come to find out they changed the operating times on Sunday to open at 9am. What a bummer! I have already not been happy at the quality of the car dryer at this location; every time I wash my car I have to park to towel dry the windows (so annoying for a automated car wash). Not to mention smeared tire polish at the bottom of my car every time(both sides). Alls I can say is it'll be interesting to see how the new car wash being built down the street next to the new Dutch bros brings the competition. Go car wash needs to instal/better dryers and rethink their operating hours. What a waste! read more

Once in a while, I don't mind spoiling my car with a rainbow wax but sometimes you just need to see out your front window and a $6 carwash will definitely do the trick. FREE vacuum! You can use the vacuum before or after your wash. The vacuums are powerful, it can even pick up that pesky french fry that has been lost in between your seat and your center console for months. With that said, it will also pick up all your loose change or any expensive jewelry. Be careful! FREE bug wash station! ...because we need that here in the desert. They offer different levels of car washes. The cheapest is $6. They accept cash and card. You pay at a machine before you enter the carwash & there is always an attendant around who can help with the machine if you have any issues. I dropped my card once and the attendant came to grab it before I even had a chance to get out of my car. They are so nice here! Okay, I am someone who always hand washes my car. It's my baby, and it's old. I have a bug guard on the front that has been on the car since 1998. I have been paranoid that it will crack or be pulled off of the front if I was to use a car wash. I need not have worried. I unscrewed my antenna, since the sign advises that you should lower any antennas, and put it in the car with me. I was cheap and got the cheapest car wash at $6. It's Vegas, and there is no snow or mud...so a simple wash would be fine. There was a lot of soap used, and my car came out looking amazing! Usually in a car wash, you find that there are spots that have been missed. Not this time. I drove it over to the vacuums...which are included at no extra charge...and got out to dry what water was left on my car. Turns out, not much was left. The dryer did an amazing job. I sprayed my tires, and vacuumed a little bit and was off. I love that the spaces for vacuuming are covered. This makes a big difference in the heat. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Although it is not a super convenient location, it is worth the short trek to get my car clean quickly and thoroughly. read more

After paying for a car wash and driving through I noticed most of the bugs on the front of the vehicle were still there. I drove around and asked them if I could go through again and they said no! The Vacuums are the BEST here. Other places they barely work. Plus the vacuums are free. Before I knew of this place I pumped out $3.oo in quarters for a poor vacuum that wasted my money. This place is legit. It is a no hassle, to the point kind of place. All the employees were nice and helpful. The prices are super affordable if you are looking for a quick clean and nothing fancy. The free vacuum situation is awesome! The suction on those bad boys are impressive. It sucked up all the California beach sand in my back seat.... and maybe a quarter or two by accident ... so be careful! My car was damage when they took off the sticker off my windshield. They scrape off my windshield tint and refuse to take responsibility. I was paying for the car wash every month without the sticker. I've talked to the owner which refused to take responsibility. I've had the monthly $19.95 plan for several months now. I love this place. It's super convienent to get to from my house and everyone there is nice. I can go anytime and any day that they're open and breeze through the auto wash and vacuum. I wish they had options for them to detail the inside. I'd pay extra for that for sure. Affordable, that's for sure. I went there for the first time yesterday because of this app (got it two days ago) and had an interesting experience. I get there and learn about there monthly plan, which seems like a sweet deal...but since it was my first time I just decided to get a wash. I get all situated and place my car on the track and things start going. I had fun watching everything happen until I see my left side view mirror turn backwards! I get all sorts of nervous because this was my first car and had just recently bought it. I pull out of the wash and park where you can vacuum the inside of your car for free and wonder what to do next. Upon further inspection I realize the cap of the mirror was slightly popped out. I walk around until I see someone inside the building. I found the door locked, but the man was already on his way to see me. He asked what he could do for me. The older gentleman was kind and cordial (Later I came to find out he was the owner of the business). He told me that the man that could fix it was unavailable, but that I could come back the next day and get things sorted out. He then took pictures of both mirrors and saved them on his phone. I'd also like to mention that about three over people had came to offer assistance by the time I left the older man. Fast forward to just a few hours ago. I'm back at the wash and as I pull in a man is already on his way to me and introduces himself as Carlos and tells me he knew who I was and what had happened. He tells me that when he reviewed his camera it showed that the mirror had previously been scratched and beat up (before I bought the car). He showed me where and sure enough, I saw the patchwork. He was willing to let me see the video as well. He took the time to fix the cap and then apologized for the whole incident...even though it wasn't even the car wash's fault and assured me that the chances of this happening again were extremely low. He sent me on my way with two free wash's on the house! I was very impressed by how well I was treated and how nice everyone was throughout the ordeal. I am quite likely to continue going here to have my car washed. :) read more
