My first time trying this spot. I decided to give them a go, as my normal spot is always crowded on a Saturday & I heard these guys do comparable work. I pulled up at 10 am...no wait. Prices were lower than comparable services in the area and they got right to work. Waiting area was both spacious and clean. They did a great job with the "Manager's Special" (wash and hand wax) and (wait for it)...I was in and out in 30 minutes. At my precious spot, I couldn't get my vehicle cleaned on a non-busy day in 30 minutes, and most times spent more than an hour waiting for my car. EVERY car was dried and finished under a shade structure , preventing the water spots and dried wax spots I have experienced at other car washes that try to wax the car in direct sunlight...in the desert!!! I think the reason they're not getting more business is because people just don't know about them, so if you live on the East side, and are looking to get your vehicle cleaned well and quickly, it's worth stopping by. read more

I was driving home and saw these guys and figured that I needed a wash since we just returned from a long road trip. The guy taking the orders was extremely hard to understand. I'm sorry that I don't know Spanish but I asked him three times what he was saying and he got really upset and rude with me. I was really nice in asking him and he just started getting short and frustrated with me. Once we figured that out, the wash went fine. Nothing remarkable to report other than they missed an entire section of my hood. Probably won't be coming back here. read more

Since it has been under new management the cashwashes have been garbage I basically just paid for an expensive vacuum service. My windows are streaked now. You can see where the towel laid at on the car. The back window still filthy. I know before when this happen I took my car back and got it rewashed. This time I seen the manager out there and I thought id get perfection. Nope no no . I will not be going back. Maybe next year. 15 dollar vacuum service . Excellent customer service. My truck looks awesome. The vehicles are hand washed which I love so be prepared to spend some extra time here. But well worth it. Pricing is reasonable as well. I got the 19.99 package. Wash, wheels done, vacuum, air freshener and armor all on the inside. As always cost a few dollars more for a truck but I don't mind. I will be Coming here from now on. I payed 130$ for a full detail and they didn't clean the car correctly. After going back they gave me an unprofessional attitude, slamming doors as they recleaned the dashboard and other things they missed. Im very disappointed, and feel the type of excuses and attitude the gave me is the reason why I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

My husband took our car to be cleaned and waxed. He specifically asked to have the trunk vacuumed, this was not done. When the guy finished my husband looked over the car and noticed the windshield had specks on it, the guy said he couldn't get them off. My husband rubbed the specks off. The tires did not look like they had been cleaned with "armour all." The car most certainly had not been waxed. The inside of the car was given a good cleaning. We tried calling to let the cashier (Migel) know that we were not satisfied with the results, the phone was never answered, even tried the next day to call but still no answer. Went here for to have the inside of my BMW cleaned. I got the supreme car wash and added on shampooing of my carpets. After a few days, I started to notice a foul smell of mildew in my car. They certainly didn't wash the inside of the car properly. Now my car has been smelling for days. Very unpleasant experience. Been here a few times and I feel the 'supreme' car wash is no different then the most basic car wash they offer. Was very disappointed. read more

Prices were reasonable and no pressure from personnel to upgrade services. Waiting area was neat and clean. Purchase 9 washes and 10th will be free. Came in middle of Sunday afternoon just needed a simple inside clean and outside wash and my car was perfect at the end of my 15 minute wait. They have massage chairs for the time that you're waiting which is $1 per 5 minutes on the chair, pretty good deal... I was referred to this place by friends to have my new car washed. I went in with high expectations and they let me down. The man that cleaned my vehicle didn't do a good job on my interior he didn't even bother to clean my cup holders. They left my dashboard and leather seats full of some oily stuff and didn't clean my front window. Don't bother coming here for you car needs. There are so many better places around town. read more

We took our truck yesterday to get washed, have been going to this place now for about 3 years, and yesterday this guy vacuumed, cleaning the inside, it just so happens I had a small sample rosary a co-worker had given me from the Philippines, I forgot to pick this up off the floor. When my truck was finished and I started to leave I noticed it was gone, I quickly stopped, confronted a guy called " Chris" told him about this, he said he would check the vacuums, that I could come back at 6pm, same day. I went inside right away, asked the girl who was behind the counter, who was the owner, she said she didn't have the owner's phone number!, and that we could come back, next day or same day before they closed. I went back at 5:30pm same day they said I could wait around for another 1 hour!! I asked what time would they be opening next day, which is today Easter, they told me at 8am, my husband and I went back today again! I went inside again, same girl, not really helping, just standing around, putting in her time on the clock. The guys were just looking around, never came over to address my concerns. Finally some guy, who was the one that cleaned and vacuumed our truck, starting giving me a bunch of excuses that there was nothing when he cleaned it. I told him it was there on the floor mats, he kept on giving me a bunch of BS! I finally told him I was going to contact the owner, which apparently no one would give me this information. I took my truck in yesterday for the Super Wash & Wax $ 31.99. Almost an hour later and after watching many cars leave that were not there when I arrived I found my truck sitting on the side of the building not being worked on. I asked why so many cars that came after me were being done, I was told that I purchased a "Super" and that they just came for a quick wash. I was upset that I was having to wait because I paid more. When my truck was finally brought around the wash & wax job were terrible. The manager was running around my truck trying to make it look better while he explained to me the problem was I had a thick paint job. That made no sense to me at all. I have a regular Toyota 4 runner with a regular paint job. I then noticed the few items I had left in my truck had all been thrown into the back. When I open the back and moved the stuff they hadn't even vacuumed the rear of the truck. I insisted they vacuum again and there was dirt and soap on my floor mats that I asked to be rewashed. My truck was brought back around and I was so mad I just got in and left. When I got home and looked around all the windows looked like my neighbors 7 year old had cleaned them and there was even stuff on them that was not there when I took it in. I used to live close to this car wash and go there regularly. I have since moved to the other side of town so I didn't realize the place had new owners until yesterday. Well that is to bad because they USED to be a really good car wash. I will not be returning there ever again. read more
