From the phone call...to test drive...financing and ALL THE FRIENDY AND HELPFUL STAFF WAS A VERY STRESS FREE EXPERIENCE. HERES THE KICKER..... I BOUGHT AS IS NO WARRANTY...like all the rest And I totally understood what that means... About 3 weeks later my transmission went.. SHIT HAPPENS. I RELIZE THAT I called Rom and asked if he new good place to take it to...He immediately said...hold up..get it over here n let us see..Yep transmission bad.. Upon signing for the vehicle they assumed me multiple times that the truck was in great condition. However less than 30 days later, i already need a new transmission. When I brought it to their owners attention, they wanted to charge me another 2k for a new transmission and refused to pay for the part and stand behind their product because they sell them "as is". Make sure to get a transmission oil analysis at AMMCO transmission to what condition the fluid is in or how long your transmission might last! You have been warned of this place!

I just needed go align it, get some new wheels, a new battery, and that's it. Hasn't given me any more problems. I bought it 7 months ago. He's a white male with a bald head. At first everything started off fine. He answered all of our questions and allowed us to test drive the car. However, when we returned and asked if we could have a 30-day return window instead of the two weeks he tried to offer, he got really upset. I mean really upset--his face turned red, and he asked for the car keys back and said he would no longer be selling the car to us. When we asked why, his response was that he's the owner and can do whatever he wants. I asked why he was so upset about us simply asking for a 30-day return window when he could have just said yes or no. He then said that no one would ever offer a 30-day return on a good car with low miles, which is a lie because that's exactly what I got after leaving his place and going somewhere else. Based on his reaction, it honestly felt like he was trying to scam us, and the car most likely would have broken down after two weeks. If I were you, I wouldn't even waste my time or money at this location.
