The mechanic told me he had all my parts laid out ready to work on it but the owner put another vehicle in front of it of which that one was sitting there for a month and needed to be done. The mechanic lied about laying in the parts out. They were all still in the back of my truck where I put them when I drop the truck off. They are very dishonest. Arrogant. Don't even say hi when you walk in the door. Leave you standing in the waiting room before coming to greet you even though they see youand Will the owner doesn't even say hi when he sees you and leaves you standing there 10 minutes because he's putting an order in for lunch. He makes sarcastic comments like glad to see you again, not. I've asked him questions and he doesn't answer his messages. He says he doesn't have time. I've asked when I could get the money out of the bank to pay him the first week he had the truck because it should have been done but he ignored the message and three days later I checked on it and it hadn't been touched. The mechanic tells you you need parts that you don't need just so that Will can order them and mark it up and get his cut of it. When I got the vehicle towed from there and taken to a&s Auto right across the street from them, the mechanic was very nasty and said I will get your s h i t put in there, . He was very nasty. Will didn't even apologize for nuts getting it done when he said he would. The mechanic is mad at me but yet they didn't do their job. Very arrogant, narcissistic, cocky people. I've asked Will to let me know ahead of time on things and he said no he don't plan ahead like that and he's not going to. He said his wife likes to plan a month ahead for the kids things and he won't do it. I needed this truck done weeks ago because I have a medical procedure coming up for my granddaughter and I need to be there. He knew this and he didn't care. The The engine core had to be returned in 45 days and it was already over 30. Will said just call and get an extension that he does it all the time. I said I don't want to have to and he's sarcastically said, what you don't want to pick up the phone and make a phone call. First off you shouldn't have to get an extension and secondly putting a customer down is very uncalled for and for unprofessional. Will never once even apologized for not keeping his word the four times he said it would be done.

Only points I would say are: 1) some trash wasn't thrown out but rather put into the center console. To be fair, it may have been my responsibility to "pre-clean". 2) there was still some sand in the trunk post-clean.
