When I showed up for the appointment they let me know that they called me and left a message, which they did but I didn't check my messages especially since after the call they were still sending confirmation reminders. The spa should not have been sending confirmation texts if there was no one there to perform my massage. After arriving I asked for a manager to call me that day and never received a call. I don't like writing bad reviews but there are plenty of small businesses that would love to have extra business and this hand and stone does not appreciate it.
