If you're looking for a very basic, very affordable place for reflexology, chair massages and back massages this is a great place. You enter into a waiting room area with a small seating area and reception desk. Enter the door to the fairly large open spa. There are several chairs to the right for chair massages, plenty of setups for reflexology and a room in the back for massages. The reflexology area has roll-up shades for dividers. No appointment is needed here which is very convenient. The space is clean, quiet and relaxing. They have excellent prices. Chair massages are $1 per minute. One hour reflexology is $35 or $28 if you prepay for three total sessions. One hour massages are $38. For reflexology many will not like their setup here. There is another popular reflexology place further down Route 9 that uses reclining chairs. Here you lay flat on a bed with a pillow. The owner is extremely accomadating, and all of their massage therapists are great, i love Andy and Lisa! I love any place that offers reflexology, and even more so when they cater exclusively to it. And prices are so cheap, because it's no frills. Means you can get them more often, although my husband would beg to differ! 60 min is the sweet spot, as any longer, like 90 mins, your body gets too sore as they apply strong pressure. I just used a groupon here today. The foot massage was pretty good but I didn't really want the 10 min neck/ shoulder rub and asked for a head massage instead. So she started with my neck and shoulders and was using too much pressure so she moved on to my head which consisted of her basically roughly knotting my hair. So I asked to just move in to the feet. They have short beds here not comfy reclining chairs like most other places nearby and it was pretty noisy which was distracting. The body massage area is not in an enclosed room so I heard some guy grunting and one of the workers was on the phone then unpacking something noisy. Thought I was getting a relaxing foot massage but got well "otherwise"... purchased a 60 min foot message on Groupon as I wear heels a lot and since I stand on the train during my 1 hour commute my left foot started to bother me. Purchased this foot message with the hopes it'll relieve the pain I constantly feel on the side of my feet. Arranged an appointment for today and essentially it was not what I expected.. I was given a lady masseuse that had rather "man hands".. she started with a back message that was painful as her tough hands dug into my back rather strongly thought my spine was going to dislocate and pop OUT! after she was done she moved onto the foot or should I say rubbing back and forth kinda massage. To be honest.. You're better off getting a better pedicure massage @ the nail salon. Also, she'll pull you using your feet to pull you close to her.. Once done, she wrapped up the back and forth rubbing with hot stones. Again nothing special. Followed by a complete burning hot towel.. she slapped the HOT towel onto my legs that literally had my left leg burning. no regard @ all and very inconsiderate and impersonal. However, once done I already knew I was NOT leaving her a tip. But what surprised me is that she followed me out of the spa area and ask the person @ the front desk about me leaving her a tip. So yes he inquired concerning leaving a TIP.. is tips now mandated in jersey? Because always thought a tip was optional. Since I knew I wasn't leaving her a tip, and I don't carry cash @ all only my debit card info I only had a single dollar in my purse.. so I go "my apologies I only have this" that lady or so called masseuse looked @ the dollar and rolled her eyes and her and the front desk guy started speaking in their native.. so in summation, my butt will not B returning there! read more

I really don't recommend at all. I went there with my friend yesterday, we both got 60 min massages. My masseuse was a male, and I feel like he didn't know what he was doing at all. The reason for the 2nd star is because my friend enjoyed his massage, given by a female. Maybe she's good, I wouldn't know. I felt that the middle part of my back was never touched, which is where I wanted to be focused. All he did was rubbing motions with his forearm mostly, I never got fingers deep into my muscles, or any small focus such as that. I did like the pressure he applied, but at times it was too much, my back is actually hurting today, it feels sore. Not cool. If you want a decent cheap massage, please ask for the female masseuse. Something I also didn't like was my masseuse followed us out & the owner asked for us to tip him. I wanted to tip regardless, as I feel that is what you are supposed to do when having a service done, but I don't think it's normal to ask like that. Had the 30 minute foot reflexology followed by the 60 minute massage yesterday. Terrible experience, not relaxing at all. Both were very ROUGH. I asked for a lighter touch a few times but he did not seem to understand me. I left a small tip in the room and left but on my way out he did know how to follow me outside saying "tip?" I pointed back to the room saying it was in the room. Weird and uncomfortable. Today I'm VERY sore. read more
