I asked why the price was so high, and here's his response: 'But honestly, I'm very busy and don't have time to play games with customers. I will no longer be able to serve your pest control needs. You'll need to contact another company.' I never was rude or said anything bad. I was just asking a question, and he responded with attitude. As a customer, I expect better. Not only did he lose me as a customer, but also all the people I've been sending his way. The son doesn't deserve the business his dad built. It's a shame he ruined the company his dad worked hard to establish."

They were polite and caring people - two young men showed up one worked one helped as needed -…read moreafter an hour and half working on bathroom sink and kitchen sink the one young man went under the house and discovered the kitchen pipe had a hole in it - within 5 mins he charged me $95 said he'd come back with boss with estimate next day - poof they were gone - never heard back from them Then next day we used Rooter Man, LLC again nice gentleman came - turns out they were all nephews in the family - then things turn to hell - we explained the issue and what happened and how we were abandoned - we agreed sink drain needed estimate - he went under and viewed the issue - decided to work on bathroom sink and fix that for $150 since we wasted $95 day before and they were nephews - he didn't have a watch or phone on him - 4.5-5 hrs later he fixed the bathroom clog - his boss called US TWICE to contact him and check on him because if time - gentleman admitted he lost track of time and didn't realize he'd been there that long - ended up charging us $361.25 - problem I had was he didn't track his time despite us telling him and checking on him - he promised to come back and give us estimate - no call next day - we called they denied knowing us we provided details - response "OH" - well we will be out after he finishes his current job for estimate - again no call another day no water usage - 4 days now Here's the issues I have - we were honest and said we were concerned about price because we are on disability - we were honest about it and said estimates would help - then find out both companies refused to come out for estimates because "we don't have money" our disability and senior status was used against us - I had an issue either this along with the extra costs for repair because person on site chose not to track his time - then denied service - then the gentleman threatened physical harm on me because I dared to question their actions and choices and said I had an issue with moving forward with a $100 check he was given - avoid Drain Master and definitely avoid Rooter Man, LLC in Toledo if your a senior citizen and/or on a fixed income these people will rip you off and treat you badly they have no respect or decency

He only looked at the crawl space area with a flashlight from out side the actual crawl space. He didn't even bring the proper tools with him and had to return with them to finish the job after an argument I had with him. Luckily my whole house inspector has previously found the damage and active infestation so I was aware of it. And, I was able to immediately correct the banfax inspector when he told me there were no wood boring insects in the house. Upon returning and actually doing the job properly he found and treated the area. I have zero faith that he even looked at the rest of the house and told him he has no credibility with me. Find a company with good reviews that will do the job correctly and 100% the first time.

We had to put sheets down throughout in an attempt to keep our feet (and the dogs) dry enough to walk into rooms with linoleum & hardwood so we wouldn't slip & fall. I had to purchase fans from Walmart and had those going along with my ceiling fans for days. I have no idea what damage has been done to the padding underneath. 6 days later, the foyer was still yet! I contacted the owner and he said it was normal for the carpet to be wet like that and he would bring out air movers to help dry, but what I know about them is how big & loud they are, and how much electricity they use. I already had my fans going long enough as it was. After days of wet carpets, I talked (via text) to the owner & told him how unhappy I was and thought we should get some kind of refund (he did offer "a little" on the electric bill). I've never heard back from him and he blamed our dogs for the marks left on wall & closet doors. Horrible experience. UPDATE: I RECEIVED A FULL REFUND FROM THIS COMPANY. I do appreciate that.

This company came out and gave an estimate that was quite expensive ($187 for the service call and…read morethen $235 per bedroom ceiling fan to put in 42 inch ceiling fans that we had already bought for $70 each at Home Depot in two bedrooms), when we decided to look for other quotes, got a call later from a male at their company who scolded at me because we didn't do the work and said something to the effect "you think we just come out and do this for free and then hung up on me." this is where customer service has met its demise apparently.

We bought only a few years ago and have discovered similar instances around the house, not just with electrical. Anyway, it was easily explained to me the situation and a few clear decisions were explained as well by the technician from Cousino. The guy was professional, easy going, not trying to oversell anything, but coming at it from a "looking out for you" kind of manner. Unfortunately, my project just became a little less simple and I expected that to reflect in the price too. I'll say this, the job was done quickly, everything looks great, I feel confident in the work and safer knowing why he had to do what he did. The best part was the price was completely reasonable! When you get quality and peace of mind and still feel like it was a good deal... these are my guys going forward for electrical work.
