Approximately once a month at the end there, I'd be in bed with the lights off in silence with a cold compress over my eyes, completely debilitated. No doctors could figure out why they were coming, or what to do to help with the pain. Multiple doctors visits led to an ear nose and throat specialist suggesting surgery to, in his eloquent words, "Zap my sinuses so they would stop responding." I was lucky enough to have found Alexis through a friend, and when I relayed this info to her, she said "I think I can help". About a year of three times a day remedy, and monthly check ins, and to be honest lots of suffering my allergies, because part of my instruction was to not use anything else that might clear them - no Claritin, Zyrtec, not even menthol or eucalyptus.... long story short, here I am 10 years later, and I have had zero, let me repeat, ZERO sinus migraines.
