My father was referred to the main Brown's location on Bronson Ave. Brown's has not only kept the pants, but has attempted to completely avoid my fathers numerous visits and phone calls in order to avoid providing him with the compensation that he is entitled to. His phone calls go unreturned, and when he manages to get through to someone, he has been left on hold only to hang up. This is unacceptable, and will be reported to the BBB and Consumer Reports.

A load is $3.50; a dry starts at .$50 cents and quarters are added based on the heft of the load (usually close to $2.00 or so, more). The owner is often around and helpful in answering questions. It's quiet, people are respectful and some even friendly. Though I don't ever look forward to doing laundry, getting it done at this location makes it easy.
