I arrived Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. to pick up my dry cleaning to find the doors locked, even though the "open" sign was on. I waited in the parking lot for over 30 minutes, called repeatedly, and never reached anyone. I returned a little after 2:00 p.m. and the doors were still locked. I even knocked around back with no response. I continued calling for the next hour with the same result. When I came back Thursday, I was told by the owner's wife she had to leave and he was running late. I understand things happen, but a simple note on the door with a return time would have prevented a lot of frustration. I needed my dry cleaning early Thursday morning, so the lack of communication really created a problem. They recently purchased this business, and I genuinely wish them the best, but clearer communication with customers is essential.

They have a card system. I was not familiar with that at all. BUT the female attendant was Extremely Patient and Helpful! I wonder if she's the owner? She was excellent at making this a smooth situation for me. She put a reasonable amount of money on the card for me. $10. Helped me learn how to use the washer. The cost was $6.50. She also helped me with the dryers. That cost me $3.00. The dryers are THE BEST of any laundromat I've ever been to. And I'm in my 60s. I will definitely keep this place in mind whenever I need to do laundry and I'm down that way again.
