    Saturday morning class

I've also had the privilege to drop-in 2 months ago to the preschool program and can see how she's grown beyond the mats. She physically became stronger but also, more importantly, became much more confident in the things she does even if it means that she might be wrong. Professor Mo is wonderful at introducing the kids to the program and I love seeing how patient he is with the smaller ones. Professor Giva breaks down every techniques and simplify them for the kids to understand. I've also had the privilege to drop-in and attend one of their adult classes. To say the least that I was mindblown when watching Professor Wellington roll because he is amazingly fluid. It was like watching art being in motion and all I was able to do was drop my jaw in amazement because he is probably the tallest/biggest person in the school and he moves as if he's one of the smaller guys.

Students getting their stripes (leveling up).

My son and daughter loves this place! The professors (that's what the teachers are called) work really well with kids. I can see their confidence boosted ever since coming here 3 months ago. Very well organized and they teach not only jiujitsu but also endurance, hard work, and not giving up. Highly recommend to parents looking to provide a life skill for their kids

The best gym I've been to. Great coaches. Bring your kids to class. Thanks for all. Oss

I have been a hobbyist of various martial arts for years. Since day 1, the environment at Rounders was a perfect fit. The people are friendly and helpful. The hours and the selection of martial arts classes are excellent. Every last coach knows their stuff, and they teach both kids and adults classes with professionalism and care. I am also always grateful that the black belts, pro fighters, and other experienced trainees are so helpful during class. Not only do you have knowledgable coaches, but your peers support you here too. I have seen multiple martial arts gyms over the years, especially in Orange County, and while all have nice things to say about them, Rounders just hits every single mark. It's a nice and spacious facility with a great setup, but the people are what make it stand out. My only complaint is that I wish I had started here sooner.

To start, my husband takes once a week privates and is signed up for their weekly classes. I'm currently in grad school so I take once a week privates. Let me tell you: 1.) You will never find a group of more genuine, kind hearted and caring people to teach you Muay Thai or boot camp. Neil coaches my guy and I and he is such an honest and real person. He pushes you, but always safely. David, the owner, is the coolest and he is so honest - he really cares about the people who come to stay here and even those who just come through. Hamid is an absolute joy to be around - he's always happy and energetic. Despite me entering the gym with 0 knowledge in Muay Thai, I have never once felt judged, embarrassed, or any other negative emotions because these dudes just aren't those types of people. 2.) the gym itself is pretty freaking awesome. It's large, it's spacious, the equipment is good and clean and the ring is kept clean. There's never any weird smell (I'm looking at you 24 hour fitness) and I love that their ceilings are high as hell so that there's just a ton of space. 3.) I cant speak for the classes since I haven't been, but husband LOVES them and he is always happy to go and come back from them. He tells me about how helpful everyone is and how even though people are at different stages, everyone holds each other up. There's no "me versus you" feeling. Everyone is here to learn and egos are checked at the door. 4.) The privates with Neil will kick your ass. Enough said. Neil is a lovely, personable guy and he will push you - but as I said, always safely. For example I got a foot cramp today and he stopped the lesson for a few minutes to help me breathe and stretch through it. All in all, I love this place and it's becoming a second home to my husband and I. I look forward to every day that I come in here and I can't wait to get better.

He loves to rough play and doesn't always know when to stop, so we wanted something that would help him build more discipline and self-control. Total MMA has been such a great fit for him.
