If there was a negative 5 that's what I would have given this company. Yes, I really would. And not even zero cause zero would be too much for them. So now I am stuck with giving them 1, cause no other options are available in negatives. They are unprofessional, made rude mistakes, gave us so much grief before finally they had no other choice but to finish the escrow. One of the escrow agents was friends with our sellers relative "agent" that was from another unprofessional company "(John Hart" to be specific, agents name was Georgina Ghazarian) and they tried everything possible to have our sale go wrong, so we won't succeed in buying, escrow agent took sides ( which is illegal, escrow is a neutral ground and should not be on either side but to be interested in closings)! Agent Aggie Uzunyan was that unprofessional rude and nasty person. Even her appearance (dress wise as well) was sloppy, unprofessional and classless. The reason I even start talking about her appearance, is because she lived up to that sloppy look. I hate and usually would not write negative unless some Company or their representative really really disrespects me and/or my family and gives us hard time that is completely uncalled for. I wanted to share my experience and although finally we got our house, I didn't want anybody else face this type of dilemma and if my review helps even one person to bypass them and find someone who really is caring and professional, than I will be happy that I helped. read more

I just sold my house and it took only 25 days to close with a loan. Everything was very smooth. The best part I like is Ruby handled all the stuff promptly without my asking/pushing, e.g. title report, title insurance, home warranty, etc. I just needed to show up to sign documents twice and it was done. My emails and texts were all answered within several hours. I was very surprised to see some one star reviews here. I read them carefully and found usually there was an argument which of course had two sides story. But the reviewers did not give specifics so I cannot make a judgment. We just have our house purchase closed yesterday. The first thing for us today is to thank Ruby from OneKeyEscrow. She has become the "key" to prevent our purchase from falling apart. Two weeks before closing date, Ruby began to warn everyone that loan docs have to be prepared asap. With this warning, we surprisingly found that the lender is being overwelmed by loan applications. We have to push to move forward. To avoid missing the closing schedule, we asked for the estimated closing cost Friday afternoon with a very short notice. Ruby delivered it Friday evening, which really surprised us. The escrow signing day was a rollercoaster. The bank sent materials very late. With her hands full with many other duties, Ruby found errors in our loan docs, talked to the lender on-phone long time to fix those errors, had our escrow docs fully prepared, and guided us to sign all of them, which ended around 7:45pm. If we didn't have her prompt help, we would hit Thanksgiving holidays and be vulnerable to the possible cancellation from Seller. Ruby's professional service with an attitude to stand with her clients really made her work top of the class. If there are 6 stars, we will mark all of them. I have never before wanted to give zero stars, this is the nicest I can physically be to give this company a star at all. The worst experience I have ever had with an escrow company ever. If any deal of mine requests One Key to be the escrow on any deals moving forward, I will demand a different company or walk away from the deal. That is how bad and poorly this company behaves. I understand how crazy the market is and that business is booming but nothing excuses their lack or professionalism, communication, general manners and most importantly lack of payment. I had to send more than 4 emails and multiple voicemails to get paid over a week and a half after closing. To add insult to injury, they never paid for my clients home warranty and they only respond after your third or fourth attempt to communicate. In addition, they never once apologized or have said sorry or accepted they dropped the ball. When they do respond they are short, rude and blame others within their organization. I am still trying to get the warranty paid and its been over a month. The literal worst company ever ever. read more

Ruby Tang was very difficult to work with. She did not respond in a timely manner or provide helpful information during the process. She did the bare minimum and created headaches for all parties involved. She was very unfriendly and did not seek to work as a team player during the process which only made things more challenging. The closing date was delayed by 2 full days because Ruby waited 3 weeks until just before final underwriting to order the preliminary title report and generate estimated fees for the CD. The realtors, the borrower, and the lending team had to babysit One Key Escrow and make sure they hit their deadlines and did what they were supposed to. I would never recommend anyone go through the painful experience of working with One Key Escrow. read more
