I receive communication via email, snail mail, and phone calls. I agree that you need to document everything but I'm used to that so it doesn't feel tedious to me. I have not had a need to access other resources they have other than the specific services my son gets at home. The option to be seen at home has been a huge plus because my son can be very shy and being where he is most comfortable has been a huge plus.

When an organization serves individuals with developmental disabilities, administrative delay is not harmless. Families depend on Regional Centers to help coordinate critical services and supports, and they should not have to constantly chase answers, reconstruct records, or discover after the fact that something was not completed. I strongly encourage families to keep copies of everything, follow up in writing, document every conversation, and know their appeal and complaint rights. Unfortunately, our experience has required us to pursue the formal complaint process simply to obtain accountability and resolution.

They are all about money and not providing a great service experience or any experience at all. I talked with the owner about getting a key He said he would call me back but her never did. Check for a workspace elsewhere because they don't provide any real services and thy may not be a real company. I believe they are a shell company without any spaces available from my interactions with them. Either that or everything is already rented out and they can't provide me with a desk. I have rented and office before and I was informed of everything and I actually was able to use the office when I wanted. I now regret moving from where I was before and coming to this company so I could be closer to my home.
