I was visiting from Nor Cal and found this sweet studio. I took a Kundalini Yoga class and a workshop by the author of Sh$t Your Ego Says. It was perfect! The studio is very inviting, absolutely adorable, and I fell in love. There is a little area with essential oils, jewelry, clothes and a couple rooms for facials too!! If I didn't have to fly home I would have easily spent the day there pampering myself!! Kelsea has done a great job with the studio, various classes and workshops. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful hidden gem in a space above a storefront in Belmont Shore. This healing haven has a practitioner of just about every alternative healing modality from acupuncture to theta-healing. Its the ideal place to pursue spiritual and physical transformation with plenty of guidance. Can be tough to find the entrance, but if you walk through the ally and look for a large bronze painted triangle on the wall directly behind Tilly's, you will have found the door to an enchanting sanctuary.

I love the vibe when you come into this space. I have utilized every offering. I see Cori for my life coach, Denise for acupuncture, Lauren for any class she teaches and Steve for cranial relief. I love this place! Kelsea is the owner and has created a space where all holistic healing is under one roof. The crew here is like family and the atmosphere is welcoming. There are more on staff that have their expertise; Sound Bath; Kundalini Yoga; Teen classes; and etc. I could come in feeling overwhelmed and lost. Every time I leave I'm at peace and focused. I appreciate the spirit of the space and recommend it for everyone who are seeking to create or on their own spiritual journey. This is a taste of what they offer: GO INWARD IS A COMMUNITY HOLISTIC SANCTUARY OFFERING KUNDALINI AND OTHER SOULFUL YOGIC PRACTICES, MEDITATION, BREATH WORK, AWARENESS TRAINING, SOUND HEALING, CRANIOSACRAL, ACUPUNCTURE, BODY WORK, ENERGY HEALING, INTUITIVE LIFE COACHING AND SO MUCH MORE.

I had the privilege of attending a one-on-one session with Laila on Sunday that completely changed my outlook. For the past six months, I have lost an immense amount of self confidence and trust in my own body. Talking and working with Laila through a personalized yoga session has given me back my trust. She is amazing at what she does, and welcomed me with an open and unbiased mind. This studio welcomes people with chronic pain and adjusts your workouts to fit your body type. I could not have asked for a better session. I went back today for my second yoga session and am so looking forward to see how my body progresses. They offer yoga packages, beautiful handmade jewelry, and so much more. Definitely a little slice of nirvana, much needed in Long Beach

Staying at the nearby Westin Long Beach hotel with Alexa M, I searched up yoga classes and found…read morethat Yoga108 was not only walking distance, but it had solid reviews and also offered classes throughout the day. We decided to go to the Yoga Sculpt 50 Heated class taught by Megan, and we had a great experience / workout. The class description is accurate stating "Build strength, tone, and sweat in Yoga Sculpt! Yoga Sculpt blends yoga with weight training. In this class you'll go through sun salutations, then a yoga flow incorporating weights, plus additional strengthening exercises using body weight, weights, and/or resistance bands." The time flew by, Megan was an excellent instructor and the studio is clean, spacious, offers cubbies for your personal belongings, and so much more. If you're in this area of Long Beach and seeking a yoga class, look no further than Yoga108!

Upon entering the first time I was completely ignored at the front desk for over 5 minutes. When I finally got her attention that I was new and wanted to sign up I was hastily given forms to sign and no information. Upon entering the room for yoga there were hardly and spots left yo put my mat down so I went to the front row and waited for class to start as it was time. Instead the next ten minutes they overloaded the class with people. So we started late and were touching each other's mats and had no room. The class itself was disappointing and had no structure. Do one move on one side, then not the other. No sun As it Bs just random movement thrown together. And then a 15 min shavasana. We basically didn't do much and that was the power class. No one says hello to each other if you are new, I didn't feel welcome or that it was worth it. I did go back for a second class and again was disappointed. I've since tried West Coast sweat and it was a million times better all around!
