Not only did he admit that he used the wrong cleaner, but he also severely damaged the boot by completely red it a different color and staining the white stitching and made it red. So then they re-ordered my boots and had it shipped to the store again. Just went to go pick them up and both boots were damaged. One had marker on it and the other had sticky residue all over it. Absolutely ridiculous. They ordered me a third pair that is supposedly coming strictly from the warehouse to the store so we'll see how that goes.

Not even thinking about what she said because I barely even spoke or said anything about my experience for her to assume I don't have the skills. I agreed to the part time position but after telling her I worked at amazon she told me she has had people who worked at amazon work there and it "didn't" work for them", even after explaining my schedule and that I could make it work she said very rudely "well it wouldn't work for our company".
