It was $150.00! I was never given a estimate. Silly me just assumed that since they fixed the other earring for $25. This one would be similar priced. I was never told that it would be 6 times more to fix! I feel that I have been taken advantage of. I will not ever go there again. The ladies at the front counter were very nice, but not $150.00 nice. Buyer beware!

The police department was called by me and when the officer showed up the officer quickly determined that this jewelry repair man was under the influence of alcohol. The repairman admitted to the officer that he had a couple of glasses of wine. The officer stated, "you had more than a couple of glasses of wine, I've been doing this for over 30 years". When you read the negative reviews it will be by someone that wanted to much for their pawn or sold item. You will get a fair price for your item because it is colloidal on the loan. Should you not come back to pay off your loan, they then sell it and if they loan you to much on your colloidal, then you stick it with them and they need to make a proffit when they sell it. When you purchase one of their items you will get a great price because they price it accordingly so you get a good deal and they make a profit. If the employees at this store are Honest that Is why Ive been a customer for all these years.
