I entrusted this jeweler with four custom rings made from my late mother's diamonds for her four granddaughters. A few years later, one ring lost its diamond. Thankfully, we found it and brought it back to the same jeweler for repair. Three days after picking it up, the head of the ring detached and the diamond was lost forever. When I returned, I was told, "The head was weak and that happens." No apology. No accountability. I was later told they "can't predict the future." Despite the rings being originally made there and the repair failing within days, I was charged again to fix it using one of the last remaining stones from my mother's jewelry. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. The lack of care, craftsmanship, and basic empathy during an incredibly emotional situation was shocking. I will never return and strongly recommend taking your business to the jeweler across the street. read more

The sales staff were very attentive , courteous and knowledgeable . They have a wide selection of jewelry and gifts to meet various price points. I was there to have a clasp replaced on a bracelet and a safety catch added to another bracelet. Justin and David took care of fixing my bracelets. About a week later I went back to get this beautiful ring I liked and David helped me with that. The store is just the right size with something for everyone. I had a family ring remounted here at their remount event. It's a diamond ring I inherited from my grandmother and I had it set in what was supposed to be solid gold. I wear it daily and it turns my finger green like you would never believe. I also wear a gold ring on my other hand which never does this and gold earrings and necklaces which also don't affect me. I complained to them and their philosophy is that since the company they use at the remount events isn't them, that's not their problem. I am soooo disappointed by them and my experience. The gold now looks silver and I can't enjoy my grandmothers ring, no clue what material my ring ACTUALLY is but it's not solid gold. EDIT TO ADD: I will not be taking off work to come to another re-mount event to meet with the company. It's strange there is no contact information provided when I've complained several times to them about this situation. Provide that company's NAME and PHONE NUMBER so that I do not have to come back out to your establishment a third time. I would have never had this done if I knew it would be this difficult and such a bad experience. read more

Took my watch here to get the band resized, and they said they lacked the technical expertise and ability to remove the links. This business specializes in the sale of Rolex watches and has a certified jeweler onsite and was unable to remove 3 watch links on a Tudor day date (which is a subsidiary company of Rolex). I Was very disappointed in the lack of customer service and they basically told me to go somewhere else to get it fixed. The screw links had a minor application of loctite and could have been heated up slightly and then unscrewed but the fact they didn't want to take the extra time to do this speaks poorly about their business. Horrible quality and repair. Went in to get a product sized down and not even 24 hours later the damn thing just came apart. When I originally picked it up (I also never received a call to go get it) where they had shortened it was very sharp and uncomfortable to wear. I brought a Tiger Eye ring in for repair. It was purchased in Korat, Thailand in 1968. Years of continuous wear caused the bottom of the ring to crack and break. Other jewelers in the area would not except it for repair due to a small potion of the bevel holding the Tiger Eye in place was missing and not possible to repair. Crown's pleasant staff explain the difficulty but agreed to fix the band. I was surprised at how reasonable the repair was and happy to have it back on my finger.
