I was told that the denim/suede bag should be sent out to someone they work with who cleans leather and would take some extra time. Fav bag, so that's fine. The other one wasn't sent out. It was a LV, denim and very yellowed. I can not believe how beautiful it came out! I wish I had taken a picture before it went in. I am so happy about this bag that I will bring all my bags there for now on! Amazing transformation! The other bag, a YSL is still out because they took the time to ask me to sign a consent, just in case something goes wrong. I am just so pleased about how caring and exceptional they are compared tot the cleaners that have popped up lately. They have been around a long time and now I can see why. We spoke twice about the bag that had to be sent out & I truly am confident that it will also come back looking great! These bags cost so much &I'm so happy I brought them in to ask about cleaning.
