I soak it overnight with some laundry detergent and water - in the morning water was grey, my white fabric turned white again and embroidery didn't fade at all! I was so happy! The garments aren't always ready on time. I mean if you show up at 10 to 3pm on a ticket that says…read moreby 3pm, they tell you the garments will come back until around 4pm. If that's important you probably won't over look the bad parking, general apathy from the staff, and mediocre pricing either. Overall, kind of a "you get what you get, and don't get upset," vibe from staff when you walk in there. After I came back the next morning when my clothes weren't ready, the same staff were laidback or even seemed put off when I handed my ticket over the counter. It was like they're too busy for me even in an empty shop. Maybe there is more to it but I am just a customer that was disappointed in their service the day before. Positively, you could pay more elsewhere and they are open 6 days a week. I have lost buttons on new shirt but that happens at some other places. They send things out so who knows what they do there beside ring you up. I used them for months but maybe I can find somewhere else. They made me feel like my business wasn't enough for them to even pretend to be concerned about my items. I figure why bother, I might do better elsewhere, maybe feel better about price or service.
