They were eager to help me get back on track. We looked at all the possibilities and they helped me find my direction and determine what was best for me. My trainer, Chris, is the best. He's there every step of the way; workout plan, diet, encouragement and goal setting. It doesn't matter how old you are, 360 Fitness is the place to be to make your fitness goals a reality. This isn't always the case at other gyms. 2. Good selection of machines and free weights. 3. Everything is super clean. There was even an employee dusting the (clean) machines. 4. The locker rooms are really nice. The showers looked super clean. 5. It's not overly busy, so you can do 2-exercise supersets (e.g. push/pull) without upsetting anyone by using two pieces of equipment. 6. One of the employees (maybe the owner?) was consistently out on the workout floor and seemed really friendly and helpful with everyone. No major cons that I could see. Some of the free weights had numbering that was a bit worn, but an employee saw me notice that and said he was going to re-paint the numbers soon. The most comparable gym to FIT would be The Institute in Longview (about 3/4 of an hour away), so this is a great option for Tyler.

I have been lifting for just over 30 years. Ive even won a 50 and over classic Physique show in Dallas 4 years ago. My last three visits were not enjoyable at all. There seems to be a new trainer in the gym and I saw his name on the board up front but didnt write it down. Kid about 5'7'' looks like he rode in on a skateboard. Anyway the other trainer is always and I mean always kind, professional and seems happy. This new guy, well, he tries to deadlift with every plate he can find. He only tries one lift, gets half and then drops it. Its extremely loud and everyone in the gym jumps. This is not a cross fit gym. Those are not cross fit plates. He takes about 45 minutes to lift 6 times. Takes up all the plates that he cant lift or tries to lift, incorrectly, (thats on him) However, today, he left them in the floor to go train what looked like a new member. The weights stayed in the floor the entire time he was training her. I gave up and left because I didnt want to have a moment where if I tried to strip the bar, he gets upset and makes a seen. I love the feel and vide of this gym, usually. I get it, I lift heavy too but, only what I can control. I grunt, sure, but I control my weights. I respect those working around me. This gym has been that way in the past. Now everyone tries to avoid being anywhere near this guy and where he is. OK, please let me clear this up. I love this gym. I love the office guy thats also a trainer, (Maybe Colton or Conner? Im not good with remembering names) He has helped me when Ive had questions or even when I ask for advise. Also, not many gyms are this clean. No dust on fans or behind equipment. Its a great gym. Just not when this new trainer is in there.

That little sauna seems to *rarely, if ever, be thoroughly cleaned* beyond a simple vacuuming. I can see this being perfect for those with crowd anxiety or something. But it somehow seems so sketchy, with different plans... and then trying to make you buy extra stuff, like a special expensive mat and towel... I just don't get it.
