Jake the technician arrived on time and did an outstanding job troubleshooting the problem, identifying root cause and quickly resolving the issue. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He quickly determined the problem was caused by a separate functioning push type outlet in my upstairs office that was bad and breaking the circuit - something I would never have thought to check.
