He agreed to split it with us, but at the end of the tile job he added another expense without discussing it with us (reinstalling the outlets and a switch that were upgraded due to the tile job) and failed to pay us anything toward the A/C mistake he had made. Also, he takes multiple cigarette breaks and smells very bad...like nicotine and stale tobacco smoke...when in your home. The smell lingers even after he leaves. It was an emergency work as the house is in the process of getting sold by the end of June, but Geiger couldn't care less. Despite several calls starting from the middle of June, I could not get an appointment date. They told me very stubbornly that they would do the job whenever they can, and will not give me any date. Upon contacting the Insurance company and informing the situation, they authorized me to call another plumber and they came and did an excellent job in just 2 to 3 days notice. Geiger called me about 3 weeks later on Tuesday July 14, 2006 and informed that they would come and do the job next day. I told them it was too late and I didn't own the house anymore. I have never come across a business outfit like this. I hope nobody has to go through the pain and sufferings that I went through.
