Ana came up with a beautiful design and we couldn't be happier with the results. She really helped guide us and worked with us to help our vision come to life. She was patient with my indecisiveness but helped us keep our project moving. We're out of their usual location range and couldn't work with their contractors, so I think because of that some of the communication was challenging between designer and contractor. (It seems like they work pretty seamlessly with Builder Boy!) So while that was challenging at times, the end result is one I know I couldn't have done without Ana's skilled eye and access to beautiful materials I didn't even know existed. Dwell was great! We…read morehave a Spanish style duplex in northeast Los Angeles, that we wanted to fix up. Unfortunately, we first hired someone who didn't know what they were doing. We realized half way through that things were going in the wrong direction. We had to stop and find someone new. My wife saw some of Dwells work in our neighborhood and was impressed. She met with the home owner and he happily recommended Dwell. So, we met with Geo and work started soon after. We had to sandblast the exterior to remove the stucco work that was incorrectly applied and apply new smooth stucco. They also installed a new roof, wrought iron railing, central air, and built a new awning with Spanish tile. Everything came out great! We enjoyed working with Geo. Easy to talk to and responsive. Guided us through the process and helped with the aesthetic choices making my wife's vision for our home come true. Pricing was straight forward. What he quoted is what we paid. Geo and his team were great to work with. Everyone was professional and friendly. They were responsive in answering questions and keeping us updated on scheduling. Everyone on the job site was friendly, diligent and efficient. Through the process, other than making design choices, we didn't have to do much. Everything was taken care of. We highly recommend Dwell and can't wait to find another project for them to do!

Their knowledge and design sense is absolutely terrific and they didn't cut a single corner. We initially started with a different designer that our real estate agent recommended. Big mistake! This works well if you have experience with past renovation projects and can project manage the implementation of the design. Or you can get a package where Vyanka and team will manage all the details. After 3 design sessions, Vyanka provides you a very detailed construction plan with detailed 2D layouts, measurements, and location of every fixture, hook, control valve, light,...ect. We found ourselves referring to the construction package every day as our contractor had questions. Vyanka takes your inputs and incorporate them in 3-4 different options and provide material selections from high end, middle, and budget friendly. On my last few bath remodel, I used Lowe's and Home Depot fixtures. But we are glad that Vyanka introduced us to some very nice fixtures that are like jewels that elevated the entire Masterbath. Vyanka's style is elegant and modern. But she can help you with any design option that you are looking for. We wanted a Spa like atmosphere and the pictures speak for themselves.
