Update on review because I'm honestly disappointed! This was my favorite store and I used to come here at least once a week. Now I go maybe 1 time every 4 -5 months . Prices have gone up by a lot! This is a thrift store and items are being sold as if the items you're buying are new. I'm disappointed honestly. I get texts from the store saying they miss me because I haven't shopped here in a long time. Well now you know! Bring down the prices and maybe I'll return. Otherwise I'm good!

This place is cool. You need to know prices tho, cause some things are priced high (ashtrays were $6.99, almost as good as brand new ones and I come to places like this to save money). Same with some of the female clothing, could go to Marshalls and get brand new for a few bucks. The staff members are very nice, polite, professional and very helpful. There is a private parking lot with tons of parking

Overpriced and not much worth picking through. Selection is weak, and nothing really stands out. Definitely not worth the stop.

Parking can be a little struggle as it was pretty packed when we arrived. First off, right when I walked in I was greeted by the three amazing and very funny ladies. Especially the one behind the counter. She was a major hoot that we all got a laugh with. It makes the shopping experience way better. It's broken down into two different sides. The main being where there cashier is and the women's department. They also have a pretty massive selection with accessories, jewelry and shoes. Plus shoes were half off. The other section house more of the home wares stuff, trinkets, glassware, furniture, babies and men's. There were loads of dish ware. Its nice to see that the place was very neat and organized which is also a major plus when browsing through. Makes it more easy to pick something up without having to dig through piles. There's not a big selection for men and kids as it was mainly a little sections. But pretty extensive collection for chinas and crystals. Woman's had the entire section for clothing and accessories. The staff were all amazing and friendly. Such sweetheart and major dolls. Chatting with them was so fun. Found out that the money goes to different charities which makes the shopping experience more enjoyable knowing that you helped someways. I was glad to walk into a cute little shop.

Upon entering with my service animal, Jane informed me that dogs are not allowed in the store. When I told her that my dog is a service animal, she looked at me in disbelief and commented on how she wasn't wearing anything that indicated that she's a service animal. Legally, service animals do not need to wear vests or anything else that identifies them as service animals. She continued to say that dogs either had to be held in someone's arms or in a carrier, and since my dog is big, she's not allowed in the store since some people are afraid of bigger dogs. I clearly wasn't going to get through to Jane, so I asked to speak with the manager. Apparently the manager is on vacation. I asked for a number so I could contact her. She refused. In short: I didn't get a chance to peruse the store because both my dog and I were discriminated against. Me for my disability, and her for her size. Do better.

Throughout this store's existence, it's gone through a couple different incarnations. The interior layout has changed from time to time. The currently out of the store is really great. They've really taken down the crowded shelves that used to be located near the center of the store, allowing shopping at this location to be done quite easily. This is a very large store. It's very open, and it's very airy. Everything is really well organized. So, it's really easy to find what you're looking for. All you have to do is glance around the store, and you can see where the furniture is, you can see where the dishes are, you can see where the books and records are, you can see where the women's clothing is, you can see where the men's clothing is, you can see where the shoes are, and everything like that. It's so well organized, it makes it a very enjoyable shopping experience. As is always the case at any thrift store, the inventory at this location is changing constantly. So, you never know what you're going to find. Thus, every time you go in there, it's a unique shopping experience. The staff here are always super nice. They're happy to help you out with anything you need. If you want to come here and donate items, their donation center is directly in the front of the store. They generally have a man waiting to take in donations. So, if you need any help getting things out of your car or anything like that, there's always somebody there to help you. This makes donating at this location, very easy. Overall, if you're looking for that truly unique something, this is a great place to find it. Literally, you never know what you're going to find. Great store!

Nonetheless, she yelled, "What?" and rudely pointed at me, directing me to leave the cash wrap where she and her manager were standing and to go to another checkout lane instead. Her manager permitted this interaction to occur without using it as a teaching moment to coach the employee on a professional and competent way to communicate with customers. Instead, the manager simply smirked. Yuck. As for the thrifting portion of the store, there seems to be very little in the way of quality merchandise available. I frequently encounter dirty or torn clothing, stained items, and products that are barely salvageable. I also purchased what was advertised as a brand-new mini organizer bag made of canvas material. Unfortunately, the bag developed mildew. Canvas is generally a durable material, so it was disappointing to see it deteriorate so quickly with what appeared to be minimal exposure to moisture. On select occasions, however, I have found quality items that I am genuinely pleased to have discovered, even if one of them did have a stain that I was willing to overlook. One thing I can confidently say is that this location regularly offers excellent sales that are worth checking out. Overall, what's thrifting without occasionally learning which locations become your go-to spots--and which ones don't? Happy thrifting. xx

Located on PCH, just off of Redondo Ave, this business is easy to find. They have parking on the street in the front, if you're lucky enough to grab one of those spots. Or, they have a parking lot in the rear. You can also grab a spot along the side street, if that's your choice. Once inside, you'll find a well organized two level store. They have their clothing and records and household items downstairs. Upstairs, they have their books, their electronics, their furnishings, their artwork, and things along those lines. Right in the central area of the shop, they also have a pharmacy. Plus, very recently, they have moved their HIV testing area entrance to the second floor. Thus, a lot of people are frequently coming in and out of the store to get the medications and testing done. This is all provided as a service to the community. So, it doesn't take away from the shopping in any way, shape, or form, and hopefully adds to the greater health of the LBC community. The staff here are always super nice. If you need any help, they're happy to give it to you, In terms of donations, their area for providing that services is located in the rear of the shop. What you do is drive into the parking lot and pull around to the donation door which is associated with the main structure. They always have somebody on hand to help you unload anything you want to donate. So, it makes donating very easy. Overall, this is a great vintage shop. Again, you never know what you're going to find. You can grab that perfect gift for someone else or yourself. Or, you can go in there to get that unique piece of clothing or jewelry or book or LP. You just never know what you will find. Great shop!
