Update on review because I'm honestly disappointed! This was my favorite store and I used to come here at least once a week. Now I go maybe 1 time every 4 -5 months . Prices have gone up by a lot! This is a thrift store and items are being sold as if the items you're buying are new. I'm disappointed honestly. I get texts from the store saying they miss me because I haven't shopped here in a long time. Well now you know! Bring down the prices and maybe I'll return. Otherwise I'm good!

This place is cool. You need to know prices tho, cause some things are priced high (ashtrays were $6.99, almost as good as brand new ones and I come to places like this to save money). Same with some of the female clothing, could go to Marshalls and get brand new for a few bucks. The staff members are very nice, polite, professional and very helpful. There is a private parking lot with tons of parking

Overpriced and not much worth picking through. Selection is weak, and nothing really stands out. Definitely not worth the stop.

Throughout this store's existence, it's gone through a couple different incarnations. The interior layout has changed from time to time. The currently out of the store is really great. They've really taken down the crowded shelves that used to be located near the center of the store, allowing shopping at this location to be done quite easily. This is a very large store. It's very open, and it's very airy. Everything is really well organized. So, it's really easy to find what you're looking for. All you have to do is glance around the store, and you can see where the furniture is, you can see where the dishes are, you can see where the books and records are, you can see where the women's clothing is, you can see where the men's clothing is, you can see where the shoes are, and everything like that. It's so well organized, it makes it a very enjoyable shopping experience. As is always the case at any thrift store, the inventory at this location is changing constantly. So, you never know what you're going to find. Thus, every time you go in there, it's a unique shopping experience. The staff here are always super nice. They're happy to help you out with anything you need. If you want to come here and donate items, their donation center is directly in the front of the store. They generally have a man waiting to take in donations. So, if you need any help getting things out of your car or anything like that, there's always somebody there to help you. This makes donating at this location, very easy. Overall, if you're looking for that truly unique something, this is a great place to find it. Literally, you never know what you're going to find. Great store!

Nonetheless, she yelled, "What?" and rudely pointed at me, directing me to leave the cash wrap where she and her manager were standing and to go to another checkout lane instead. Her manager permitted this interaction to occur without using it as a teaching moment to coach the employee on a professional and competent way to communicate with customers. Instead, the manager simply smirked. Yuck. As for the thrifting portion of the store, there seems to be very little in the way of quality merchandise available. I frequently encounter dirty or torn clothing, stained items, and products that are barely salvageable. I also purchased what was advertised as a brand-new mini organizer bag made of canvas material. Unfortunately, the bag developed mildew. Canvas is generally a durable material, so it was disappointing to see it deteriorate so quickly with what appeared to be minimal exposure to moisture. On select occasions, however, I have found quality items that I am genuinely pleased to have discovered, even if one of them did have a stain that I was willing to overlook. One thing I can confidently say is that this location regularly offers excellent sales that are worth checking out. Overall, what's thrifting without occasionally learning which locations become your go-to spots--and which ones don't? Happy thrifting. xx

It was a vintage Barbie shirt, and since I was going to a Coachella style event, it was literally the perfect piece to complete my outfit. I was so excited that I had finally found something. I took the shirt from the rack, and then Maria, who I'm assuming may be a manager or store lead, took the shirt from me saying that I could not purchase it because it was supposedly part of their Halloween collection. The problem is, there were absolutely no signs around the rack saying the items were not for sale, nothing identifying it as a Halloween collection, and nothing about the shirt itself that would make a customer think it was being held for a future promotion. It was simply sitting on a regular rack with merchandise. I was extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled. If an item is not available for purchase, it should not be placed out on the sales floor where customers can pick it up and reasonably assume it is for sale. At the very least, there should be clear signage so customers are not wasting their time or getting excited about an item they are later told they cannot buy. Goodwill's prices have already increased so much, and it can sometimes be difficult to find good items at a reasonable price. To finally find something I loved, only to be told I could not purchase it because of a rule that was never communicated or posted, was frustrating and felt very unprofessional. Customer service matters. If certain merchandise is being reserved for a special collection, Goodwill needs to properly label and separate those items instead of disappointing customers at checkout. This situation could have been handled much better, and I hope management improves the way they communicate these policies going forward.

Ventilation is much better here compared to the warehouse from before, and they've taken care to add some fun murals throughout the store. It's possible they put the popcorn machine away for the event, but I'm hopeful the next time it'll be back by the entrance; it's a staple! My main critique with the former space was that much of the costume jewelry and trinkets were behind glass. Part of the fun of antiquing for me is being able to touch, feel, and engage with historical pieces - it seems like the new setting has solved for this. I found a fantastic tapestry finger purse from JR Miami 1950s-1960s for $20 (one of the ladies who works there told me she nearly bought it that morning) and a sweet $3 footed teacup I'll upcycle for my plant collection, I recognized some of the booths, so I'm glad they were able to move with LB Antiques. If your dog is well-behaved, they are also super dog-friendly here and your pooch will have a field day sniffing all the textiles and curios. My only remaining gripe - and it was a gripe when the space was still Joann's - is the parking can be gnarly getting into! Between the pub and Pilates, the plaza can get pretty busy and the parking spots need to be repainted,
