I had heard this from half a dozen other realtors. All of the listings i found online were old. Unlike the other realtors Jackie asked "can i help you find something else?". Thats how we met. At first we wanted to get a condo or townhouse thinking it would be easier. Jackie showed us 2 great places. There was a third but she got there early and called us to let us know it would be a waste of time to come out there. Saved us an hour that day. Then we learned about ridiculous associations that may take weeks to approve us. We are here working with little time or patience for the crazy cat lady in apt 3 to decide whether we are worthy of their community or not. Jackie was ready the next day to push our paperwork through to the association but we decided to back out and look for a house. A single family home with a single owner thinking/hoping we could eliminate the red tape this way. Jackie went right to work and got us a lease. The owner agreed to less rent and we were moving in a few days later. We chose Jackie because she was the first person with a go getter attitude. We continued to work with her for the same reason. ALL of the various contractors who have come out know this company to be difficult in handling work orders and requests. Even the neighbors gave us a heads up about how ridiculous they conduct 'business' after we moved in. They lack communication between themselves and are frustrating to deal with. They use texting as a main form of communication which is fine but contradict themselves in the treads regarding almost everything. As a renter I will be sure not to rent any properties in the future from these people and as a past home owner/future home owner I would never let them manage my properties. Home owners may make money here but if you want happy renters - or are renters this is one of the worst companyI have ever come across many states.
