That's right -- a tire shop admitting they don't know how to lift a car. Absolutely embarrassing. After I did the research and provided them with the steps, they then told me they couldn't mount my tires because they're low profile. These are the same type of tires I've had mounted countless times elsewhere with zero issue. I've spent the entire day arguing with them over basic work that any competent shop can handle. If you drive anything nicer than a minivan, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. I'm taking my car to their Discount Tire across the street, a shop that actually knows how to do the simplest part of their job. Belle Tire should be ashamed to call themselves an automotive repair shop.

It takes 1/4 mile to stop at 50 mph. The front rim is seized on rotor and brakes go to floor. How did they check calipers if wheel won't come off. They saw a young woman and ripped her off for 100.
