They put new windshield wipers on, inspection, and oil change in less 30 min. I came in for another inspection and all bays were full. The technicians seemed annoyed they had to properly do their job. Then after I got home, I noticed the valve stem cap was left off. I was at the store for 2.5 hours. Talked to Lazaro and he tried to make it right by offering an oil change, if they can't do a tire repair properly, I won't trust them to do an oil change. I went on a work trip for 40 days and came back to the same tire flat again.

This made me feel like they actually cared about the specifics of my vehicle, not just a sheet of repairs to check off. 2. They were honest. Before I brought my vehicle in, I had called with questions about it first and a quote. As with any mechanic, they need to see the vehicle and run their diagnostic before giving an official quote but I knew a general idea of the repair so I was asking around to see what different mechanics charge for their labor rate per hour. I liked E&R enough to called them back but was given a different hourly rate from the first phone call. Without hesitation, the employee very genuinely and respectively said they would honor the first rate I was quoted. 3. When Eddie called me with the quote after the diagnostic and when I picked my vehicle up, he educated me!! He explained to me and taught me what the problem was and how that happens on different vehicles. He had already earned my trust but this just emphasized more so that he and his employees are trustworthy. Everyone I interacted here was respectful. The quality of work on the vehicle was exceptional. I could tell they were very thorough and tested the vehicle well after they made the repair to ensure it was fixed and there were no more leaks. I had taken it to the dealer before I took it to E&R and E&R saved me! I really just can't say enough good things about E&R Automotive, highly recommend!

While I'm there getting that situated I noticed an older looking man screaming his head off at one of his employees, immediately I had a bad vibe about this place as I do not respect nor like blatant disrespect towards anyone, especially in a work environment in front of customers which is very unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch. After witnessing that I decided to take my business somewhere else, none the less if you want to go there beware of an angry boss screaming at his employees. I stumbled into this shop around the corner from my new place, it's so brand new and shiny, just like the rest of the neighborhood; and I couldn't miss it being right next to the roundabout and all. Saul and the team got me taken care of quickly. It seemed pretty efficient, the other cars in line looked like they were going in and out pretty quickly for their oil changes.
