I can't recommend Carfix enough! I have a 2023 Hyundai Palisade, and if you know this car, you know the battery is tucked under a structural brace that makes it a pain to change. I first went to the dealership, and they told me it was going to be an ordeal--quoted me over an hour and a half just to swap a battery! I took it to the team at Carfix instead, and they were incredible. Got ripped off on parts. I originally went in for an engine job. LOOK UP PARTS BEFORE YOU AGREE. Car has been running hot since March off and on. They still haven't fixed my car. I will be going to a different mechanic shop who won't rip me off and will actually fix my car. Also I will be reporting this shop to the better business bureau ... AND!!! I will be suing them in claims court to get my $3,500 back. Took my car in on Feb 14th to get my car fixed by CARFIX on 2110 N Zargoza, was told our car needed over 3000$ worth of work. I did not question their honesty until after a week of picking it up, my car started running 3X worse than when I brought it in. I was told that was just how my car ran and I needed to break in the NEW PARTS... after trying to work with the merchant, I was verbally threatened to take my Google review down or there would be consequences, so I complied. I called and asked about my car and if they would fix it since I paid over 3680 $ to them to fix it, they told me yes. Last Thursday, I took my car in, and they kept it for another day. The manager calls me, telling me there's nothing wrong with my car and they replaced everything. LIES, today, MAY 30, 2025, after fighting with this CARFIX place, I decided to take my car to Hyundai of El Paso, where they informed me not only did they strip the components from my catalytic converter,r they also damaged my muffler and stole the catalytic converter. Proving they never fixed my car and instead stole things from my car and charged me for not doing honest work. They stole over 3680$ worth of money and did not repair my car, and I have a new Repair estimate of over 3000$! With the same issues, the man at the dealership informed me that it had been tampered with and they had damaged the bottom of my car. After I just took the car to CARFIX last week and they stated it was NEW part! I'm a single mother who works hard for her money and this establishment is not fixing cars... they are stealing from them and claiming they fixed them. I have documentation of the theft and video from the dealership stating it was stolen! I have reported this establishment to the POLICE AND BBB. SHAME ON YOU CARFIX! read more

Took my car in to get axel repaired and because we had previously taken our cars to them before the manager kindly waived the full labor cost and only charged us for the cost of the parts. We are very pleased with their service. My husband and I will continue to bring our cars for any repairs. They are always very professional and very efficient. So I went for a quote for my truck. My scanner said something about solenoids. The older guy said they can replace the solenoids/ diagnose the transmission to see what the issue is. The next time I came by to schedule to have it towed and dropped off here a younger guy tells me they don't do "spot repairs" because it will "just keep coming back" and a rebuild would be about $3200.
