I brought my car here after it was having a hard time starting. When I turned the key it would turn over, but only after a few seconds. I knew something was wrong, so I brought it in. I told the mechanic what was happening and he said it "sounded like a battery issue but that they would let me know after looking at it". I was expecting a call to tell me what was wrong and how much it would be, instead I got a call saying "your car is ready". When I went to pick it up, they informed me it was the battery and was $250! The same battery that's $65 at auto zone. I was shocked. In all my experiences, mechanics call to quote you before fixing and they usually don't upsell a battery by 400%. Stay away! read more

I feel compelled to write this review after having one of the best, albeit short, experiences ever with an auto shop. I brought my Model Y in for a tire patch job after stepping on a nail. John came right out to greet me and despite being super busy and short-staffed, he helped me right away. Not only was he quick, he was super friendly throughout the process and educated me on the type of noise reduction tires Teslas come with, how he's going about the patching, among other useful Tesla things. 20 minutes later and he was done. His pricing was extremely reasonable too (when he told me how much, I said "that's it??"). It's never fun to get a nail in your tires and watch your tire pressure reading fall with bright red alerts as you're driving, but if it happens again I know where to go for truly awesome, friendly, and quick service. After a series of catastrophe's at the Ford dealership (a novel with many twists and turns too long to tell) I was having brake shudder on steep declines, with a preliminary understanding it was likely hot spots on the discs but a complete lack of trust for Ford's prior analysis. I had recently moved to the area and searched around for shops in the neighborhood. One Stop has a number of great reviews so I reached out and set up an appointment. John quickly accomodated me and came back with an estimate. After doing their analysis, it was crystal clear they were not out to take advantage of me, but rather do exactly what was needed to repair the problem. Given the scenario, they could have easily tacked on more expensive work but did not. Extremely fair and reasonable. Turn around was super and ultimately John even offered a better price when I came to pick it up that originally quoted. Everyone I interacted with was fantastic. They also instilled confidence in the vehicle overall that was previously missing (cuz things were literally falling off after Ford's work). This is my new go to spot! Highly recommended.
